Withdrawall -Problems
I've been trying for a few days to talk to Bondora (support center) about withdrawing money without success. They sent me an email saying they would send the money to my bank account. Until now, nothing! Bondora does not respond to tickets nor do they return with a solution. I have always invested in Bondora and now I am saddened by the level of service to investors. I ask the Bondora team to resolve my case and send all the money to my bank account.

Awful withdrawel experience as expected. i had only put it change to see how the platform performed and now that i years later finally dcided to test out the withdrawing, it came as expected having to jump through a bunch of hoops, slow support, no verification that your documents that you send are being processed, false messages saying that bank confirmation was denied, to receive an email later sayin i can move to the next step. yawn. oh yeah and ive still to get my money out. will i get it, probably, is it still a laughable excuse of a business, no doubt.

I got confirmed in an email that after my next payment the loan would’ve been completely been paid off. Ever since the monthly fees keep on being charged under the heavy threat of a negative credit registration if you don’t keep paying up. Meanwhile it has been months since even one of my frequently sent follow up emails got answered. A couple weeks ago I contacted the company by phone and spoke to a helpful lady who promised me to forward my emails and have the local team reply, but still no reply. I hope someone will finally just reach out and do as promised through email.

One of the worst platforms to invest I send them two money transfers to their bank, they accepted only the verification transfer of 1 cent and not the big transfer after two weeks of daily communication with their bank and bondora they blocked my email so I can't send them message. Stay away from this platform when the things not going good for them they block you, freedom 24 is far more reliable

Disrespect for the Client is the least…
Disrespect for the Client is the least I can say about this Company. In 2020 I opened an account with them, my ID at the time was accepted with no further comments. Now that I want to withdraw my money they claim my ID (the same ID) is not valid even if it complies with Civil ID laws in the European Union and is accepted as such everywhere in the EU. Cannot recommend.

I have been a customer for more than two years. I have been using the Go and Grow, verified my account and been depositing every month.
Now, I have decided to withdraw to the bank account I have used for deposits and suddenly they lock my account and ask for SoF. The deposits are first party and from a banking institution.
I will not use their services and file an official claim to the Estonian Financial Authority.

Realy bad experience
Opened a account and transfered 2 x € 5,- for trying out. Then they turned down my identity proof because of different name on the account , but it is thé same name . I only have one name.
Also I can not transfer my money back.

Forget the 6.75%
Never again!! I did leave my investment for 18 months and the total return is been under 3%. They advertise up to 6,75%, but it does not match the reality. Considering the risk behind, they deliver very bad performances.

Unsuccessfully trying to withdraw my funds from Bondora since half a year
I have been a customer of Bondora since 2016. When I opened the account I connected a bank account from PostFinance, loaded the Bondora account with 1,000 USD and then transferred the money back to my bank account to test the platform. Everything went well and the money was swiftly added back to my bank account. Subsequently, I loaded the Bondora account with a five-digit sum and left it to accumulate.
In January of this year, I wanted to withdraw money from Bondora so I withdrew it to my bank account again. To my surprise, the money didn’t reach my bank account but was added back to my Bondora account after a couple of days. I tried another 2 times but with the same result; after a couple of days the money was refunded to Bondora.
I reached out to the Bondora support, but I just got a standard email with the instructions on how to withdraw money, which was the same procedure I had already tried 3 times without success.I messaged Bondora support again and they forwarded the issue to their accounting department to check on it.
About two weeks later, they came back claiming my bank would refuse instant payments from Bondora, and they would have to do all the transactions manually so I should rather add another bank account. To add a bank account to Bondora you need to transfer additional money from that bank account to Bondora and then that new bank account should appear in the withdrawal options. So, I tried transferring money from my Wise account to my Bondora account but the Wise bank account didn’t appear on the options for withdrawal from Bondora. Again, I reached out to support to check and they now told me transfers from Wise would not be accepted. Until this point, already three months have passed.
I then added another account of a third bank, which didn’t work either. I got annoyed with their system and asked the support to make an exception and do the manual withdrawal to my bank account, which they had mentioned a couple of emails earlier, since I was trying to withdraw the money using their automated system for already three months without success. The support replied quite impudently that I could withdraw my money even on the same day, stated they can’t do manual transfers and sent me another standard instruction on how to withdraw money. At this point it’s obvious that they don’t look at the support history and don’t care about supporting customers in withdrawing their own money from their platform.
I explained the situation again and now they blamed PostFinance for refusing their transfers and came up with two other excuses for the other two bank accounts.
At first I only wanted to withdraw a part of the funds on Bondora, but since I was now unsuccessfully trying for 5 months, I decided to close my Bondora account completely and withdraw all my funds from the platform if I managed to do so. I had one last bank account which is also at PostFinance and as a last resort I added this account as well. When it got verified, I withdrew all the money from the Go&Grow account as well as the Wallet. Interestingly enough, the money from the Go&Grow account was successfully transferred into my newly added PostFinance bank account, but the funds from the wallet (several €10,000s) were added back to my Bondora account even though they were sent to the same bank account. Since I don’t want to deal with the Bondora support anymore, I opened a ticket at my bank to investigate. They told me they can’t see failed transactions in their system and most likely the sender made an error in the bank details. So it’s obvious that it’s not my bank who’s refusing the transfers.
As an added obstacle from Bondora, they now started to request proof for the source of funds every time a withdrawal fails and gets added back to the Bondora account even though it’s the same money that was never successfully withdrawn in the first place. They also spammed me with an email every hour (24 emails a day) to request the source of funds. The first time this happened, they accepted my salary slip, but when I attempted another withdrawal, which also failed, they didn't accept my salary slip anymore. So when I log into Bondora now, everything else is blocked and I can only see the screen where I have to upload the source of funds.
The simple ask to withdraw my own money from the platform is still not successful, it has now taken half a year and cost me a lot of time and nerves. I have run out of bank accounts to connect and it starts to feel like a scam. The money on Bondora is sitting idle and not generating any interest for all of this time. Meanwhile, the credit that I wanted to pay back with the funds from Bondora has generated a lot of additional interest.
Hence my simple recommendation: Don’t invest your money in Bondora if you want it back.

Customer support is not what it should be
I've been investing with Bondora since 2022. In February of 2023 I received only half of the promised referral bonus and contacted support about this. I've been asking for 6 months, they cannot answer my question and will not give me any information on when they will help me.
I really expect more from customer support than 6 months of excuses.
