From Spain. Today, August 12, it has been exactly two years since I invested my security mattress in Bondora. At first with little confidence, where is Estonia? Today, 2 years later, I have part of my savings invested, I make regular contributions and I have withdrawn money three times without any problems. Congratulations and thank you.

I left every other platform to invest in Bondora and I never regret it.

I've earned a stable return of 6.75% over the last three years with Go & Grow. It's easy to invest more and withdraw whenever I want to, and it transfers almost instantly.

Very happy and will continue investing.

Until now, Bondora is excelent !

I made the mistake of joining this platform in 2014. They seemed to know what they were doing early on, within their own turf (Estonia). Their foolhardy expansion to other countries led to a lot of pain for investors, and many did what they could to move on, making way for the gullible investors who bought into their "Go and grow" product.

10 years later, I am still withdrawing small amounts of money from this place, from loans which defaulted and ended up rescheduled and prolonged.

I visit the site monthly to download account statements, because accounting. Since last year, the numbers in these documents often don't even add up. Based on the statements, money is effectively disappearing. Their "investor relations" doesn't see any major issue, and takes a month to provide a non-answer:

"Most of our customers use Go & Grow because of its simplicity and efficiency. To better serve our growing investor community, we primarily focus our resources on enhancing and supporting Go & Grow.
As a result, our technical team has limited capacity to support our older products, including Portfolio Manager and Portfolio Pro. Therefore, we cannot provide any fixed deadlines for resolving this issue you raised.

Our support site has many helpful articles; we trust you will find the answers to most questions here. We apologize for any inconvenience, and thank you for understanding."

I wish I could close my account and move on.

EDIT: Aug 7th, no contact from Bondora since this review was written, and the problem has not been fixed.

EDIT: Dec 5th, no contact from Bondora, and the problems remain.

My investment account creation started off a bit rocky. Initially, the windows didn’t open properly in full view.I contacted Bondora Investor Support, they answered nicely within 24 hours, it took a while to resolve the matter, but it was able to work as it should. Now, I’ve been a user of the investor account for half a year and plan to continue investing. I understand how to use the account and how to earn returns on every €1,000. I especially appreciate that if I need money urgently, I can access the sum I’ve deposited within 24 hours. So, I don’t worry about freezing the funds for a specific period and not being able to use them. The return of 6.75% is good (though it could always be higher, but gratitude matters). If you also add more than 1,000 euros to the account at once, it already earns 4% income, and the longer you keep the money, then every month 1K moves to a higher 6.75% return. I use this and recommend it to others who may not have luck in the stock market. To me, stability and convenience are key.” At the end, I would like to add that when I needed to transfer a larger sum back to my bank account in March, it arrived in less than 24 hours.

Very good to invest without locking your money away.

So easy to use, stable return, great speed of withdrawal, reliable for over 3 years now, nearly four years, I am very happy with it, I have also used mintos, estateguru and reinvest24, republic and juicyfields, all are scams or rubbish. Bondora is beautiful, great on the eye and a fantastic way to access your funds if you need 7000 in a hurry on a Sunday afternoon! Way better than a bank.

Easy Product.

I’ve been a customer for 5 years or more (prior to Bondora removing selective lending from its proposition).
Personally I’m happy with the new simplified offering of just ‘Go and Grow’ and even though my savings are not protected by the EU Financial Services Compensation Scheme I’m happy to see the company has a good record of profitability and think for the level of risk, an ‘honest’ return of 6.75% with instant access is fair when Central Bank rates are below 5%.
I’ve experienced a few minor glitches on my account but Bondora has always acknowledged and rectified them within an acceptable timeframe.

Cant login to the website anymore, reset password function does not work.
I contacted the customerservice. They told me my account is not accosiated with my email adress. Really strange.
They are not really helpful.

Update: [31-5] A different employee reached out, they made a mistake in the communication.
Can login again. Somehow my credentials expired. At this point the verification process is not done. There are a couple day's passed by.
I can not make a withdrawl request.
Will test the platform the upcoming days.

3 and a half years ago I invested in Bondora (November 2020) and never looked back.

But last month I decided to close the account and withdraw the money. But almost 1 month after that, I haven't seen my money.

I tried to contact the company using a form in the help center but I did not send the ticket.

I want my money!

So amateur team , I'm busy to apply loan since one week , system is not working , they can't solve technical issue more than one week , no structure action to help customer.

After 10 years of borowing money at portal Bondora I am MINUS 3%. I can not recommend these invests at all.

They are scammers, don't trust them. They aren't trustworthy. I have never seen such a bank in my life before. Don't ever take a loan from Bondora. They have been fined for 100 000 euros in September 2023 it tells you the kind of bank it is. Check kkv.fi. ombudsman website. The details can be found there. Everything is bad with this bank.
