I ordered it in April.We are in July.An email told me it was on its way via Tuffells transport.
I have tried to raise the issue with them thro' their web site to no avail.
MONEY back would be a good result perhaps.

Grass was lovely but it was cut short ordered 18ft got 1p7ft 6 so was not happy. Tried contacting but no luck.

Cant comment on product as its not been laid or even unwrapped yet not happy with the delivery service we received one part one day and the other part of the order two days later with no communication from the courier to say why I will leave another review on the grass at a later date

Looks good. Took a little longer than expected to receive, but that expected in the current circumstances.

The quality of your products is shocking and your customer service is shocking!! No one answers the phone, email or Facebook!!!! Won’t be purchasing from your site again!!!

I had no problems ordering and the delivery was great they even rang to say they was on there way also who the driver. And the drive called me to say he was outside

Brilliant quality grass and such a great value. Would highly recommend.

We still waiting for our order! We received a mail saying that the order had been dispatched but still waiting for delivery!!

Not long in getting order not all the same time mind but pretty good

I’ve ordered two rolls of artificial grass one has turnt up and I can’t ever get through to find out what’s happening! It’s a disgrace

Easy to order & arrived when you said it would.

Bought grass and underlay. waited number of weeks. Only a portion of the order arrived. Tried to phone.... No answer. Emailed... Reply 8 days later offering refund or reissue product. I decided despite the wait said I'd like them to just resend the products not delivered. Another wait for a week.... Then told that yes they will resend it but want to charge £85 for delivery!!! £85!!!! Outrageous considering delivery was FREE when purchased. So I have to pay £85 for their mistake.

Now awaiting a refund. I assume it'll take as long as everything else.

I'd advise avoid this company. Cannot comment on quality of product because never received it, but in terms of customer service just avoid avoid avoid.

Poor customer service, delivery date was not achieved, 3 weeks after placing the order, now another week later on and the company is not contactable by phone and are not responding to my email's. Tracking number was provided 5 days ago but it is not showing as dispatched so looks like they just printed a label in advance to make it look like the order is progressing. Avoid this company

I had to wait a few weeks for it to arrive which i understand in the circumstances but it does not specify this when you order it.
The artificial grass is very thin material but I suppose you get what you pay for.
Does the job. i used it to make a play area for my Grandchildren in the garden.

Great company who have battled through CV19 when everybody wanted grass for their gardens. Great grass and great communication with Sam via email.
Email is best form of communication.

Delivery took about 2weeks but as it is during covid no problems. Haven't laid grass yet but hopefully no problems. Delivery guy very polite and helpful

Do not order anything from these people!!
They do not answer calls, messages or emails and you just get a generic email.
I ordered some artificial grass from them early in May and two days ago I had a email saying it had been dispatched and then a day later one that said I’ve had a refund???? No explanation or anything and I still can’t get in touch with them. Appalling customer service!!! Avoid them 🤬
