My item was not delivered on the date I specified. So if anyone is planning a surprise best not to use goat gifts because your item can arrive before it's expected to.

Gift box arrived damaged with a large tear, outer box was fine. Emailed the support inbox a few times but had no response. Gift box was the whole purpose of sending something.

Pretty poor service for a gifting company.

It would appear that they use the same line to most negative reviews that buyers didn’t contact them or emails weren’t received.

Placed order on 19/03/2025 to be delivered by 27/03 but hasn’t got to destination yet. The contact number they provide on there website is not real when you type the mobile number into WhatsApp it doesn’t exist and the 01332 number you cannot call. So if you are ordering from them don’t expect any updates on your delivery
