Ordered from them a few times, only ever had one error, emailed and then got a reply within the hour.

Good service, as always. discount compared to GW. All books arrived in great condition, encased in bubble wrap and sealed in a tight fitting card board box, no wasted space. Horus Rising in soft back. and False Gods in Hard Back, Very glad i picked up these new editions, it was a bit of a punt as I could find no information any where to explain the dimensions and format of the paperback book, however luckly it is close to trade paper back size, so eminently readable instead of the dinky little paper back versions GW insist on putting out most of the time for the Horus Heresy, which are almost completely illeadgeable and impossible to read as the text is so small and densely packed.

Incredibly slow. Ordered 30th July, all items showing as in stock. Appears that Royal Mail didnt receive the package until 6th July and wont be delivered until 9th July. Was for a birthday present and will now be late. First time using Goblin and won't rush to use them again. Same.way they don't appear to have rushed to get my stuff in the post.

I have increase review by a star based on a quick response by Goblin and offer of apology. However website states clearly that items ordered will be dispatched same day. Order was placed @ 10 on 30th and not dispatched until 2nd July. Even with Royal mail issues should still have been here before 7th when wanted it. Note Royal mail actually predicting 9th July rather than 8th as I initially stated. I agree it's very frustrating but not all on Royal Mail.

Always communicated with me in regards to the status of my order, and once they had received it they shipped it out quickly and well packaged. Everything was as described- thanks so much!

Nice prices and nice people but yet again I had to chase three times to check the progress of my order which was eventually delivered seven weeks after placing the order.
I ordered Wargames Atlantic(WA) Baron Wars materials which were out of stock but deliveries expected shortly. Two weeks later I rang to chase order and was told that the goods had not arrived- spoke to Sophy and politely suggested she rang WA. She said that she had never been asked to do this before but would contact them and tell me what was going on.
Two weeks later (four weeks to-date) I rang again and Sophy apologised for not getting back to me but there had been delays as WA were changing their warehouses and deliveries to the trade were delayed. However they should be delivered within 10 days.
Three weeks later rang again (now 7ish weeks since placing order) to be told all of outstanding materials were in apart from one set of transfers. No one had told me this. Then cancelled transfer order and goods delivered within 48 hours.
In the meantime I had been to a couple of shows where the shelves were stacked with the goods that I had ordered!! Yet again one minor item was out of stock and this delayed whole order and prevented contact with me the customer. Come on folks please get your act together. Regards Peter S
