My purchase was delivered within a timely manner. Prior to delivery, GoBolt sent a message advising they had my package and I could add delivery instructions; adding delivery instructions was seamless. On the day of delivery unfortunately my buzzer wasn’t working. The delivery guy gave me a call and fortunately I was home and he was patient enough to wait until I come downstairs and gave him access. He was polite and respectful.

Live tracking made it easy for us to anticipate delivery time (although the original 12-hour delivery window was a bit surprising!). The driver called when very nearby; then assisted in getting the multiple heavy items into the elevator.

Poor management - Go Bolt Buena Park
Buena Park, CA location is a joke. Poorly ran by unprofessional "managers" and "leads". Theres alot of favoritism and micro management. People that works here thinks that they have a "career" are delusional. They dont care about their employees and they dont care about quality only quantity. This place is failing because of the inexperienced managers and "leads". They need to learn how to lead by examples.
