The staff at broadlands have no intrest at all execpt taking money myself and son inlaw booked in for a 24 hour session and after we had been there for roughly 2 hours we had a call from home that my granddaughter had to go to hospital so we had to.leave on asking broadland for either a refund or another date to fish they bluntly refused so i give them no stars a do not recomend them to my worst enermy let alone anyone else. If you want to fish go else where

Great lake with a couple of small niggles. Having to be off at 8am is tough, the only other option is to pay an additional £16 for a day ticket. Overall a good quality water with some decent fish!

I've been fishing at broadlands on and off for about 30 years now and just recently I've found it's going downhill. On the weekend I turned up with my son to fish the lower lake and was told I had to book on the catch app as they now no longer take card payments which I was surprised to hear as you can purchase bait ,tackle and food as well as alcohol so I'm sure you don't have to purchase all that through the catch app? The catch app is very unpredictable at the best of times and also charge you a £2 booking fee so in my eye it's a pointless money making scheme that I now have no choice to use if I want to continue fishing at broadlands.
Think it's wrong that u can't walk round the lake to see where the fish r u have to choose your swim first 😪🎣👍
Great Lake , great staff and I caught a couple as well 👌🏻
Far too long to walk to your swim meals were cold by the time you got them back to your swim won’t be going back booked in for 48hrs left after first night

Let people they know skip check in queue also not very friendly if it’s your first time there from my experience

Terrible Noddys setting up next to you and fishing the same spots Your almost treated like a criminal upon entering
There’re was no bins to put rubbish in. Toilets were dirty. You have to be there early like 8am to keep your full hours or you lose hours. Would be better if it was timed from 11 am so you got time to pack up in the morning. The staff are very helpful and nice. The shop quite expensive.
Good venue staff very helpful and the food was good definitely be going back
