The dress I got didn’t match the description. It was waaaay too big for me (I checked the size guide charts before ordering), also it was supposed to be ankle length but it was floor-length. Besides, the colour in the photos and descriptions is white but I got a beige dress. So, I requested a return and was provided with instructions on how to return the order. I did everything based on those instructions, paid for the return myself. The courier made multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts in Kyiv. I wrote to customer support and was assured that the parcel will be collected from the courier branch. Eventually, parcel tracking information showed that delivery was successful but the seller still claims they haven’t received anything. I wrote multiple times again, asking for an update but I was ignored. It has been almost 2 months since I shipped the order back. I wouldn’t trust ordering from this brand again.

I placed an order for a dress on January 6th, and to this day I have not received the product or any clear update regarding its delivery. The order was fully paid for, yet communication with the company has been extremely slow, and my refund has not been processed. This experience has been disappointing and does not reflect professionalism or respect toward customers.

I purchased the dress od 1st of february and it came on 13th of february. Excatly like a picture (material) and customer service was really nice. But dress seemed odd, like fron of the dress seems longer, and the back of the dress seems shorter, like going upward, cause on the picture it was the same length, front and the back. Stiches on some part of the dress seems rushed, not paying attention to details, and the slit at the back of dress seems odd, like they didnt attach 2 materials the correct way, so there is extra fabric that just falls weird. Now I have to go to tailor to fix it.

This company is a fraud . I ordered 2 sweaters for my fiancé and 45 days later no package and no updates . They sent me fake tracking information for the first 2 weeks so I wouldn’t cancel my credit card while I could . Then I have received AI emails that don’t make sense . The mistake cost me $70.00 save your money

I have already purchased a few items from this store, including a dress, a long skirt, and a blouse. The quality of the clothes is very high, stitches are perfect, you will not gonna find any flaws. The style of the clothes are very feminine. Highly recommend this store, you will not regret it. Nobody paid me to write a review, just want people to know that this store has a high quality of their product.

Do not buy from this company, fake….they take your money and don’t deliver. First they are supposed to be In USA but in fact product shipped from Poland. They continually tell you your package was delivered and give fake tracking numbers. They took my $75 don’t be misled by pictures.

I honestly didn’t expect to be this happy with my order. The dresses looked beautiful online, but in real life they are even more impressive — elegant, feminine and truly unique. You can feel the attention to detail in the cut, stitching and fabrics. Yes, I had to wait a little longer than expected, but once I tried it on, I instantly forgot about the waiting time. It fits beautifully and makes me feel confident and special. Definitely worth it!

I ordered 8 days ago a shirt and still item not dispatched. I wonder when or will I receive my order???? I was waiting this order to see if quality is good and fast delivery to order other items, but seems that delivery takes toooo long

Never again would I order from them. I had a deeply disappointing experience with this shop. The parcel never arrived, and no one made any effort to help me or contact the delivery service on my behalf. I wasn’t able to get any information myself due to data protection reasons. In the end, I never received the dress and was left to cover the costs. Godblessdress didn’t care at all. Shame on you. Thats not how you treat people and If I could I would give 0 stars!

I’m really disappointed with this brand. The quality of the dress is nowhere near what the price suggests. Honestly, Zara or H&M offer much better quality for a fraction of the cost. Now I understand why the product photos on the website weren’t very clear — the dress’s side seams are uneven and bumpy, making it impossible to hide the poor finishing.

My first order never shipped even after a month, and when I asked to cancel, they only refunded me in store credit. So I had to place another order, hoping it would be better — but it was also delayed, and when it finally arrived, the result was just as disappointing.

The packaging was fine, but the stitching, fabric, and overall workmanship were far below expectations. I definitely won’t order from this site again.

The prices feel hugely inflated — easily five times higher than what you’d pay for similar items from established European brands.
