Your order was processed, shipped, and successfully delivered — this is confirmed by tracking and our internal systems. We monitored your order at every stage and did everything in our power to ensure it reached you promptly — and it did.

We do not use external factors as excuses, but we also don’t pretend they don’t exist. We are based in Ukraine and continue to operate through circumstances that are, at times, beyond our control. Despite this, your order was fulfilled on time.

Regarding legal transparency: our business is officially registered and fully legitimate. When appropriate and requested through proper business channels, we provide documentation. As for international payment systems — they are standard practice for global commerce and not an indicator of illegitimacy.

You had placed an order ahead of an important event, and unfortunately, due to external circumstances — we are based in Ukraine, where the war continues — we were unable to meet your timeline.
Once we realized we couldn’t deliver on time, we promptly offered a refund, and you received your money back without issue.
Your last message to us was full of gratitude — and unfortunately, Trustpilot does not allow us to attach that message here as proof.

We don’t hide from challenges. Yes, we work under difficult conditions. But even so, we act transparently, respectfully, and fairly.
And that’s why it’s difficult to understand where this review came from, after such a positive resolution.

Egle, we truly don’t understand why you chose to publish such a misleading statement — especially considering that none of your claims match the actual facts.

Your order was placed on October 17 and shipped on October 30.
As stated clearly on our website, production takes near 15 business days — and in your case, we shipped in just 9 business days, well within that timeline.

We’ve reviewed all our systems: email, support platforms, order logs. There was no message from you.
No contact, no complaint, and no request for a refund — and certainly, no “ignoring,” because no communication was ever received from your side.

Your parcel was shipped on time, and we hold full documentation.

We don’t know what exactly led to this public accusation.
But what we do know is this: we did our job — properly, on time, and with full integrity.
And with that, we have nothing more to add.

– an express alternative from our in-stock collection,
– the option to choose a different product at no extra cost,
– or a store credit valid with no expiry, so you could order whenever it suited you.

You declined all those options — and so, we issued a full refund.

At no point were your messages ignored. We replied and handled everything.

We know how to take responsibility, even when the circumstances go beyond our control.

First of all, we cannot locate any record of your order in our system — not by your name, not by the email linked to this review, and not by any other data. We truly cannot confirm whether you ever placed an order with us. If you did experience any issue, our customer support team is available every day and always responds quickly — you were welcome to reach out at any time.

Secondly, the situation you describe simply isn’t possible. Every single shipped order is accompanied by a tracking number that we send to the customer as soon as the parcel is handed over to the courier. We are not a delivery company — once the package is in the hands of the shipping service, they are fully responsible for its handling and delivery. If any delivery problem arises, it is the courier that must be contacted, using the tracking information we provide.

Your review contains serious accusations with no factual basis. If you genuinely placed an order, please contact us directly — we are always open to resolving any issue.

If your order was placed under a different name or with different information, we kindly ask you to contact our customer support directly so we can assist you properly.

Regarding the double charge — we would like to clarify that it is technically impossible for us to charge you twice. All payments are processed by a secure payment provider, and in the event of a double payment, we would automatically receive two identical orders. In such cases, we always reach out to the customer to confirm whether it was intentional or a mistake.

We can confirm that no duplicate orders exist in our system under your name or any other. This indicates that the issue might have originated on the bank’s side or from a temporary technical error during the transaction. We recommend contacting your bank directly to investigate and resolve the situation.

The production time (approximately 15 business days) is clearly stated on our website — in the Shipping, Delivery, and Refund Policy sections. This is standard information that’s available to all customers prior to placing an order. Unfortunately, we cannot control whether or not this information is read before purchase.

Despite the fact that your order was already in production, we offered you several options: over 100 ready-to-ship items in your size, and the possibility of canceling the order with the full amount credited to your personal balance for future use.

In the end, we processed a replacement with a model from our in-stock options, as agreed. It was shipped promptly, successfully delivered, and we didn’t receive any feedback from you after that — until this review.

The model you selected is actually one of our most popular, with over a thousand positive reviews. We sincerely hope this feedback is a result of initial frustration due to overlooking the order terms, rather than the product itself.

You placed an order for two dresses, which were produced and shipped to you on time. Upon arrival in your country, customs applied an import tax — something that is entirely outside our control. According to international shipping standards (as well as clearly stated in our store policy), payment of customs duties is the responsibility of the recipient.

It’s unfortunate that this led to frustration, but this is not something caused by our service. We fulfilled our part of the process: the dresses were made, shipped, and tracking was provided. After that, the delivery and customs process is beyond our responsibility.

Calling us a scam for not covering your country’s import tax is simply unfair, especially when the rules were clear and publicly stated before purchase.
