Ordered an engraved silver moneybox as a Christening present, arrived really quickly, engraving exactly as requested and beautifully packaged.
I will definitely use them again.

Ordered a personalised 'officially licenced' football drink bottle, advertised as having team crest on one side and personalised name on the other. Recieved with name but no team creast, when complained I was told that they do not have a licence from the team club, totally contrary to their advrrt/description. Noticed still selling some of these items and similar on websites.

In a local jewellers I saw some silver plated metal roses and thought they would be nice in memory of my Mom and Dad, and brother.
I chose to look on line and discovered Go Find A Gift.
Not only did this company offer a variety of colours not available at the jewellers, but FREE engraving on BOTH sides of the attached tag!
I ordered one red rose and one gold one on Monday, and they were delivered, beautifully engraved, yesterday!
What service, and what value for money.
I shall look again at this company should I require personalised gifts in the future.

Absolutely amazing service. I somehow managed to not fill in the txt correctly and my slate arrived wrong. I emailed them and they instantly sent me a replacement with no extra costs. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend and my slate arrived perfect thank you so much 😊

There was a mix up with the lettering on a personalised photo frame. I contacted Angela and it turned out that I had added numbering by mistake. She quickly agreed to reorder it and refused to let me pay. Great customer service Angela

Where to start wow this company are just amazing not only are there products top quality,the customer service is exceptional. I after ordering realised I'd made a mistake on a personalised item I emailed them and also rang ,the lady I spoke to sorted out my error with no problems. And today 2 days later my items arrived well packaged and faster than I had anticipated. This company only has one word to describe it in my eyes OUTSTANDING.

Absolutely excellent service! I asked a question about engraving (different message on two sides) and received an incredibly quick response from Angela. This wonderful customer service carried on throughout my ordering experience. Friendly, efficient and super quick. The item was engraved and despatched within a day. I could not be more pleased with the results, it's an engraved whistle to mark an occasion for a friend and I think they will be delighted. Ordered a photo for my football mad grandson but was so disappointed when it arrived,I could have downloaded the picture myself and printed it out for a few pence,felt ripped off and too embarrassed to pass it to him so threw it away.

Received my order today of an engraved frame. I am so disappointed. The engraving is nice but the frame is scratched and has small marks all over it. I can not give to my mum as planned, I am very upset. I have emailed support and waiting for a reply . Jenny

I ordered a garden plaque. It would have exceeded my expectations, excellent quality and workmanship, however it arrived with the bottom lefthand corner broken. Well they soon fixed that. Within 48hrs I received a replacement. Excellent customer service.
And they never mentioned Covid once!

Excellent service. I needed a personalised slate sign delivered very quickly. It was just after midday when I ordered, I paid extra for express delivery as I needed it to arrive the next day (I also rang to check and they said as long as it was ordered before 2pm it would be despatched that same day). It arrived the next morning. I was very impressed as it was a personalised sign (with house name etc) and arrived within 24 hours of ordering. It looks great, I’m very pleased.
