Excellent personal service. From the first contact through to fitting everything was delivered with a smile. There was no hard sell and the price was very competitive. The quality of the fitting workmanship was also superb. The guys arrived on time, worked efficiently and took all the old carpet away. I will definitely go back to Richard and his team again.

Great service and very pleased with our new carpet. There was a slight issue with one part of the fitting but this was swiftly resolved with no fuss.

Richard was very helpful when we visited the store, explaining the pros and cons of the various hard floor options.
The fitters were efficient and cleaned up nicely behind them. They had excellent attention to detail, pointing out a couple of scratches (that i couldn't even see) and insisting on replacing the parts.
