Every delivery they had made to me has…

Every delivery they had made to me has been stolen! The delivery people DO NOT follow instructions posted on my door! They leave every package out in the open and do not use common sense to put the package behind a flower pot, or close to the door. They are lousy, and I will never order from Temu ( who contracts with them ) again! Morons.

This company is a SCAM

This company is a SCAM. Recently, they reported my package was delivered, but the package was never left or delivered, even though they took a picture of it. Now I'm trying to retrieve my package, but can't get anyone to pick up the phone, because it's an AI auto responder. Not a human to talk to. I've emailed and went through their chat, with no response back. I'm afraid to order anything else from Tiktok now since they use this terrible service. Absolutely terrible.

package delivered to wrong house AGAIN

I continuously get text messages saying my packages are delivered but they are not. This is also the second time they have delivered my package to the wrong house. It is completely different house numbers, not easily mixed up. There is no care nor effort from these delivery drivers they need to be fired. this should not be happening. DO YOUR DAMN JOB

Worst delivery experience, worst “customer service”

Delivered to wrong address, lied on website that it was my front door when it was mailboxes (not mine). I emailed the company and was told the pic was clearly a building & not mailboxes so it must be the right place. The pic showed mailboxes with unit #s nowhere near mine and keyholes. I called to speak to a mgr and was told they were busy and there were 30 complaint calls ahead of me. Haven’t heard back yet.

I bought a bedspread and they sent me the wrong size )not to mention it’s not even close in quality) and no shams included. I tried to exchange and they sent me a form to fill out with a part to enter my credit card info to charge me a $5 “fully refundable” fee. ARE YOU PEOPLE OUT OF YOUR MIND?! You are blatantly trying to scam people!!! Do not trust this company out of Coppell TX. They are in my area and have half a mind to show up at their door with a police officer. What a disgrace!!! I’m out $250 because of their lascivious practices.

Stay away at all costs!

One star because you cannot give negative ratings. This is an extremely unserious business with zero contact possibilities. Chat, phone and email are computerized filters to block customers from contact. Alleged deliveries never happened. I provided them with my mobile number and am working from home, so my reachability is 24/7. Tracking shows "Hold for instructions requested" which is a blatant lie. The shipper is unable to contact them and wants to resend the product. This behavior seems at best highly incompetent, if not deliberately fraudulent. Stay away!!!

The worst shipping company on earth

I am now up to five packages not being delivered or returned to the sender so I can get a refund. I’ve called customer service more than twenty times and all they say they can do is verify my address. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

Utterly awful

Utterly awful. Dumped packages outside my apartment complex on a busy street in the rain. Mine was not there when I went to pick it up (omitted or stolen) - when reached out to them they said it was "successful and verified delivery" and they don't deliver to mailboxes 'as these locations make it difficult to verify the correct recipient."

Every other major delivery service has not problem with our secure mailbox system. They couldn't even put it inside the door to the mailroom. The worst delivery experience - disputing with my credit card is the only option.

This company is THE WORST carrier…

This company is THE WORST carrier service EVER!!! Placed Temu order April 1st for a pair of shoes. Shoes went from Carteret, NJ to Atlanta to Charlotte, back to Atlanta, Carteret, back to Atlanta and Charlotte. Finally got to Greensboro where I live and they sent it right back to Atlanta. 3 weeks later, I'm still waiting. Never again

I would give a negative star if I could. Same results as other reviewers. Apparent delivery address problem, no contact about package, non-delivery and finally an email saying it's abandoned and cannot be delivered. This company needs to do better.

TEMU --you picked the worst shipping company-the WORST!

First--they say they don't deliver to PO boxes. I already had two packages go to a PO box from them but this one they said couldn't. So I gave them my address--AND APARTMENT NUMBER. They didn't even try to find my apartment. LAZY!!!They put the package on top of the mail boxes at the bottom the apartment complex stairs. There are at least 30 boxes there!!. I seen the picture where they put it----of course it was gone when I went to look. Terrible shipping company---Sorry TEMU but I WONT buy from you if you keep them as your shipping partner.

Gofo express continues to misdeliver packages to my address!!

Gofo express continues to misdeliver packages to my house and over the last 6 months I’ve actually been taking the packages to the intended address (same city). This last time (on Apr 20, 2026) I decided I was done with doing that and have contacted Gofo by email and phone about 8 times to come get the package and deliver it to the right address. On the phone, they keep telling me they’re opening a ticket. By email they keep telling me they’ve delivered the package as specified in the shipping document and I can do what I want with the package. I keep telling them that is NOT CORRECT, I am not the person or the address listed on the shipping label. It’s like they just don’t care that I have somebody else’s package! These guys are horrible.

I purchased a item on ebay and the seller used gofo for shipping I was a little bit unsure about this mail service after reading all the negative reviews but it turned out to be ok I received my item in a timely matter and the item came from California all the way to Florida. Tracking was always up to date !

Been trying to get packages delivered…

Been trying to get packages delivered from them for days and I keep getting notifications from SHEIN that they failed to deliver due to incorrect address but that makes no sense. Contacting them is no help as all they do is take down descriptions for your address that don’t help anyways. Do they ever actually deliver or do they just lie and say they attempted but couldn’t?
