Track & Trace is a disaster. "On the way", means same day or next working day, that' as accurate as it gets. Worst case you have to stay 2 working days at home to receive the delivery.....

i do like the service and very precise when expecting to deliver. In addition, like the email they send you prior to delivering if there is a different preference on the delivery. drivers are efficient.

What a terrible courier. It marked my package as delivered, but I haven’t received it. Contacting them online is impossible because a bot keeps answering the questions. After emailing customer service, they sent me proof of delivery, and the delivery person had put the package in our trash bin. We throw garbage there every night, so since it was delivered a few days ago, the trash has piled up.
They expect you to dig through the trash bin to check if your package is there. I don’t even know if it’s still there, as some people go through our trash looking for cans and bottles they can exchange for a few euros.
They treat your package like garbage! I hope this courier company shuts down soon.

GOFO says that they have delivered my package and I got nothing, they placed photos where it was delivered but there is open street and nobody at home was. So they placed delivery just on the street, everyone can pick up the order. And they don’t want to accept fail from delivery driver, I can even give a -10 stars

Package was marked 'delivered in a safe place' which is not the case. No message, no description, no picture, no delivery at the neighbors. A 300+ euro package never arrived, gone.

Driver in Eindhoven working in postal codes area with 5628 is faling the deliveries. They are obliged to post photos of proof of delivery. The delivery didn’t take place person to person as driver noted. Instead package was just dropped in front of the house at the doorstep, how I found it. But in app they reported blurry photos as if pack was delivered, and driver included photo of front door with no package there. If I was the company manager, drivers like that would be fired on spot for such actions. Luckily I was not home for 40 minutes so noone stole my parcel.

İ have ordered 16 items and ı was at home all day waiting my package nobody came or knock the door. But after that even ı didn’t took my order it has Saïd it is delivered. After that day my other package came (different items) ı asked the Guy and he said he wasnt working yesterday ( which is the day 18.03.2026) and at night he wrote to me from whatsapp in here you can see our messages he just put a picture of house which isnt my house and he said he put my packages near contanier even he saw me at home he didn’t knock the door he said he put it one of My neighbours container. I have a lot of questions about this. but most important is tha ı dont have thethings which ı paid . Where are they? I need help , guidence and my money.

GOFO, you must be unbelievably crazy, incompetent and unserious to send my package back to the sorting centre for the SECOND time GFNL26063062161102, especially after your own tracking link clearly said it was “in preparation for delivery'' since 17th March. What kind of useless operation are you running?
You even replied to my previous review and still failed to provide any actual information about when my package would be delivered. That response was completely pointless.
So where is my package now? And when am I actually going to receive it? Or do I need to escalate this to the geschillencommissie post to get any real answers?
This is beyond frustrating, get your act together or shut down this business rather than frustrate your customers.

I do not recommend this company. There is no delivery time, the status is not updated, and there is no pickup point. When a delivery fails, the company does not inform me. They have attempted to deliver the package twice, but because there is no delivery timeframe, I have no way of knowing if I will be home. Even when I am, the status is "undelivered" because I supposedly wasn't home. After two delivery attempts, the company also doesn't update the status for two days, then it says "prepared for delivery" again, then "delivered" again, then "delivered" again. I even emailed them, called them, sent photos of where they could leave the package, and it's still difficult. This company should never exist. I don't want any stupid comments from this company, because they are paid for sufficient packages and being reliable, not for pretending that customer transfers are the best solution. I wouldn't even give you 0 stars. Be careful and when you see that the parcel is sent by this company, react immediately if you want to avoid problems.
