Track & Trace is a disaster. "On the way", means same day or next working day, that' as accurate as it gets. Worst case you have to stay 2 working days at home to receive the delivery.....

Terrible service
They registered package as delivered without ringing the doorbell or showing proof of actually leaving the package at the location, then asked me to ask my neighbors without indicating to whom it MIGHT (if ever) have been left to. I called them twice without really receiving any support from their personnel and finally refused to help locate the package dismissing my request

Nobody came, the package was postponed a couple of time due to “nobody being home” but I was home.. so At some point.. I got a call from the driver.. nice guy.. he told me he can’t find my address and if I can send him the coordinates like I am in the military or something.. so he said there is no address on the package.. and he can’t reach my house.. I gave him instructions like he’s a toddler, I put my clothes on walked to a different street and got my package.. I looked at the package and my address was on it… these drivers are incompetent people. The whole experience with this gofo company is absurd. Wish I could give you 0 stars.

Delivery drivers don’t deliver and just say i wasn’t home. GOFO doesn’t automatically schedule new moment for delivery but asks you manually request with a broken link, calling customer service means crazy waiting times and worst service ever just sending back packages you’ve been waiting a month for

This is the new top of most terrible delivery services
I don’t get a tracking time when my package might arrive, there’s no useful information in the chatbot because it’s all basic problems it can help you with meaning you don’t get much or quick help at all.
The website looks kinda like a mishmash of just some quickly assembled buttons with no truly useful functionality

I was expecting a very important package from China. GOFO only shows in the track & trace that the delivery is on the way without giving any exact time frame of the delivery time. This is not a professional way of delivering anything, because time is money for everyone of us.
I couldn't stay at home waiting for the delivery guy the entire day, but in the proof of delivery, he stated that the package is delivered in my post box. When I got home, there was nothing in the post box. I contacted them of course immediately. They sent me 2 photos as a proof. One photo of the package self, the other one was showing that the package did not fit in the post box obviously. It was totally outside of the post box, so it was not safely and properly delivered and someone took it away. This was the first and hopefully the last time that they deliver anything to me! Never use them!

Worse experience ever.... if is small parcels they deliver if its a big one forget is already the second time that they dont know where is my parcels bc is kind of a big box so i dont know what they do but i alway get probles with them they just dont delivery

I called yesterday and asked them not to deliver my package at the front door like last time because im on holiday, the corrier still did deliver it at the door and my package got stolen, now their saying its my fault, the worst delivery service in the world !!!!!!

Twice. They failed to deliver my package twice, even though I spent the whole day waiting at home.
I include my full address and floor number so they can find me. They update the tracking link 2 hours after "delivery". I live in a building with 16 floors and no front desk. So I won't ever find that package, 240 euro's down the drain.

ha what can i say about this company totally garbage ordered from temu these guys left the package near the stairs near my building next thing you know not even 2 minutes being left there they stole my package and their service is so WORST TOO asking to proof when i wasn’t home when i lit had ring camera infront of my door so i could see everything none of that time they came to my door bro just left the package near the stairs where everyone passes first thing i know by reading all these reviews even if it’s new company this delivery company ain’t gone last for so long yall not even take the package back crazy man yall gotta get yall shit together.

I asked to leave my package at the lobby when I got the email that it was coming soon since I would be at work that day. I then get an email saying my order was delivered - no where to be seen, not at the lobby not at my door. When I try to check all I get is a pop up on the page saying it might have been delivered to a neighbour. Which one? I live in an apartment building. Guess I'm supposed to have the added chore of bothering everyone on my floor to check after also paying for shipping. Absolutely dreadful service, too bad they were the only option.

The courier claimed to have visited my house last night at 21:37 and claims that nobody was home. This is an outright lie.The door is monitored 24/7 and my dogs are big and very good guard dogs and nothing was registered near our front door last night.
The service of the company is pathetic, the only notification given by this company was the announcement earlier in the week that soon they would make a delivery.
They also claim that the address is incorrect, how come that other couriers like DHL, UPS, PostNL etc have no problem. The request to send a photo of the entrance is ridiculous, what next do these idiots want my passwords? I told the web shop to that if they would try to send anything to me again using these unreliable liars it would be the last time that I would buy anything from them. I hope it made my point clear.
Update
After reading a substantial number of reviews of this company I have serious feeling that they are trying to manipulate the rating at Trustpilot. The other remark is that this company intentionally breaks the law with respect to privacy so I will complain about this to the authorities.
further update: Clearly GOFO does not read what people write, GOFO just gives the same standard reply to everybody. My complaint is on two things: firstly GOFO lies and secondly the service from GOFO is a joke, advising that you will deliver a parcel some time in the future is not a serious advice and certainly not helpful. Many things may happen in future, I am sure that some time in the future GOFO will post another review stating that GOFO is the best thing since sliced bread.

Wish 0 stars was an option. What an absolute terrible company. Customer service agents straight up lying saying “appointment has been made, package will be delivered today” only to find out they don’t work with appointments nor can they provide time frames due to “being a new company” (according to the 5th rep I spoke to). Utter garbage. Fake information on tracking screen. This company shouldn’t exist.

This must be the worse courier.
No live tracking, no rescheduling and no control at all over your package.
They dont even tell you around what time the delivery will be, so the package is out for delivery in the morning and it can arrive at the night, which means you need to be home ALL DAY or their driver will just leave the package outside the building (imagine once they left my package in the street next to the main door) which is crazy as I live in busy street.
Horrible company, I never ever choose them and if my package shipped with them, then I cancel with the retailer imemdiately and withdraw from the whole purchase.
