Ordered plastic boxes and they arrived the next day. Price was lower than elsewhere as well.

We ordered crockery from Go For Green and were really impressed. The prices were cheaper than other suppliers, the delivery was fast, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Would definitely use them again!

Great customer service, fast delivery

I visited Go For Green UK’s website to explore finance options for a product but never placed an order. Someone else completed the purchase on their own device, using a separate account and details, but their finance application was declined. Despite this, I later received an order confirmation in my name and was contacted to provide payment—despite never making a purchase.

To make matters worse, the company used our business email to track down and follow our Instagram account without permission, which felt highly intrusive and unprofessional. When I raised my concerns, the Managing Director, Wayne Whoriskey, dismissed them outright in an unprofessional manner.

Be very cautious about sharing your details with this company. Their handling of personal information is questionable, and their approach to customer service is dismissive at best.

Your response is yet another example of your misleading and dismissive approach to legitimate concerns. Let me clarify the facts:

I never placed an order. I entered my details only to check financing options, not to complete a transaction. Your claim that I “processed a transaction” is completely false.

You contacted me for payment on an order I never placed. Instead of simply cancelling the "transaction," you emailed me requesting alternative payment methods—despite me having no confirmed order. This is misleading and unprofessional.

You tracked down and engaged with my business Instagram after obtaining my email from the financing inquiry. Your response fails to justify why this was appropriate.

You dismissed my GDPR concerns outright. Instead of handling a formal request to delete my data, your Managing Director mocked my complaint and refused to confirm data removal. This is a serious issue under UK GDPR (Article 17 – Right to Erasure).

Your response is unprofessional and hostile. Rather than addressing these issues, you resort to personal attacks, suggesting I’m simply “embarrassed” by a finance rejection. This is a clear attempt to gaslight and discredit a valid complaint.

Instead of taking accountability, you misrepresent events and deflect blame. This response further reinforces why I have reported your practices to Trading Standards and the ICO for data misuse and misleading business conduct.

Again, I encourage anyone considering using this company to be extremely cautious.

Great product, friendly team and very competitive pricing

I just ordered a awkward little spare part from Go For Green , i did not realy know what i wanted , they where able to talk me through the part and point me in the right direction , they have it in stock being dispatched immediately , could not have been better , I highly recommend this firm .........andrew trotter

From answering the phone to dealing with my query Bev was an amazing assistant. I got a call from the boss to ensure that all queries would be dealt with promptly..and they were. As a community group we find it difficult to source friendly companies who understand our situation but this company certainly goes out of their way to help. Bought two 100% glass pyrex containers. They arrived on time, however they came in a large box with no packaging filler (e.g. bubblewrap, paper, etc.) to fill the vast space inside the box. Luckily the containers seem unharmed, so hopefully there is no long term damage.

I had the pleasure of collaborating with MD Wayne on a recent, modest yet intricate order. I had a hard time getting these products, as they were in short supply everywhere, and logistics posed a significant challenge. However, he demonstrated a profound understanding of my needs, and through effective collaboration, we successfully delivered the project. I couldn't recommend him enough.

Purchased 2 Polar products from these guys, a double back bar bottle cooler and a direct draw keg cooler which would've been delivered the next day...this was excellent but too early for me so they re-arranged for a day to suit me best. Great service and great communication.

Above and Beyond

Its difficult to express the level of customer focus I experienced from goforgreen.

After a multitude to attempts to source and item from a dozen or so suppliers I was lucky enough to find Wayne. Not only did he take time to explain why a certain product was mostly unavailable in the UK, he then went above and beyond to source alternative items that 100% met our need, this was not an order for £000's of pounds, actually less than £100 but his approach to customer service is quite simply one of the most impressive things I have come across in my long career.

Goforgreen will from this moment always get my business, I will never forget the efforts put in by them in helping us at a really critical time for our business.
