Excellent Follow Up On My Side Effect
The concern about my side effect was immediate and I was on a tele video call in hours. The whole conversation was relaxed and respectful. I am very positive in future treatments because of this one conversation. I have always felt that Freddie was trustworthy but fast action on their part concerning a very minor side effect made me feel even more comfortable in entrusting them with my care.

I am leaving a bad review. I hate when things are not convenient, I did my 3 month evaluation on Thursday and was told my script would sent over within 2 business days.
It’s been 9 days and the pharmacy cannot get ahold of anyone here and neither can I. I’m out of doxy and they don’t seem to give two shits about whether I have it or not. Thanks
