Repeatedly verified banking information for 10 months and still no transfer of funds. GoFundMe support completely ignores customers and give 0 feedback. Then they threaten to remove the fundraiser because they don't do what they say they do. Meanwhile they hold your donations to collect interest on your money.
This is the second and last time we will use this platform. Just a nightmare from start to finish. Getting funds out almost impossible and they ask for confidential information no one should ever give, let alone via email. No emails ever answered. Authorities should be reviewing this company given so many bad reviews.
