Val was not willing to assist on some simple math on MCA lending and left it all to us to figure out on our own. MCA's are not my expertise so I would assume a lender would be more than willing to help.

I am now working with a lender who said "no problem, I'll do the math!" and they are now our finance partner moving forward.

This team seems lazy and it doesn't feel exciting to be moving forward with them.

Find a real partner, not someone who is rude in their emails.

My business partner and I were sent a nasty email stating my bank statements were not from a real business and imaginative. Even after sending in my business license and offering more bank statements. Good luck to them though!

After being given a few options for term loans, we were able to land on a perfect revolving line for what my business currently needs come the slow season. Constantly sending me spam emails from multiple domains. They send emails with RE: to get past spam filters to make it look as if is a reply to an inquiry. Also constantly robocalls leaving messages to my personal number on the do not call list. If a company aggressively spams with sketchy practices, how trustworthy can they be?

Daniel makes the process extremely easy and communicates very well and always answers all the questions i have. I have now used them on more than one occasion and it has always been seamless.

Horrible customer service. Absolutely rude staff. Holding my $800 order and can not give any sort of estimate on when it will be shipped that is ridiculous might as well be robbery at this point. Don’t take peoples money if you are not going to send the items. And train your staff to better treat customer. I promise I will never be ordering again from them sorry for my kids school no more donations for them. Greedy rude company.
