I work with Luis Alvarez and he was absolutely amazing! The best broker I’ve ever spoken to and then I have talked to A LOT. I’ve never taken out a line of credit so calculating comparable rates was incredibly burdensome and not all other brokers were straightforward and honest. Luis was so transparent and honest about everything, and you could tell that above all else he cared most about me fully understanding the terms, even if it meant, I didn’t go with him. his honestly and transparency completely restored my faith in the lender and completely brought the deal back to life. Getting access to this is life-changing for my business and I’m so thankful that I found Luis too work with as I now don’t have to keep searching for funding as I grow and can just save time and go straight to him for everything. I’m look forward to working with him for years now!
