GDPR breach and Data misuse
King Capital NYC contacted me several times without my consent. I have never shared my personal details, do not own a business, and did not request any loan. Unless they cooperate and delete my data, I will report the matter to the authorities for violation of GDPR.
UPDATE (Nov 19, 2025): As requested in your reply below, I have forwarded my full email conversation and legal demand to your 'info@' address. I am now waiting for your full GDPR response by the deadline of November 21st.
FINAL UPDATE (Nov 21, 2025): Following an investigation by the lender, it was confirmed that the fraudulent loan application was submitted by a different broker, so I have removed that accusation.
The company claims I was contacted by impersonators, but I received unsolicited business loan offers directly from a "jbelesis" email address at their official corporate domain (@kingcapitalnyc.com), despite the fact that I do not own a business. This representative is explicitly named in their own positive reviews, which completely disproves the "impersonation" excuse.
GDPR Failure: When I asked for the source of my data, they refused to answer. Instead, they deleted my records to hide the evidence and demanded I stop contacting them.
While King Capital did not submit the loan, their dishonest marketing and refusal to comply with data laws constitute a clear GDPR violation, which will be reported to the authorities accordingly.

I'm sorry if someone contacted you pretending to be us but it couldn't have been us because we do not deal with any businesses in Europe.
