It's an easy to use website, however the fees are slightly too high.

Someone made a donation of $500 to me. PayPal gave me only $477, and then the actual site took another $20, so I actually only got $457, which is a lot to pay for fees.

If you need a certain amount, aim to raise a higher amount to avoid fees taking money from what you need.

Otherwise, good site.

My campaign was on for about a month, and it was very intense and a bit different than others, as I didn't collect money for myself, but for different families that were struck by the earthquake in Croatia.
Mandy guided me through the whole process. She was very kind and helpful. She communicated frequently about every detail I needed to know and helped me through the verification process, which wasn't easy. Big thanks to Mandy for making sure I bring this to the end successfully.

My experience with GoGetFunding has been great. Even as a total technophobe I have mostly managed to set up the site and add messages to donors etc, but on the occasions that I have had problems or questions, Victoria has been amazing at helping me. She has always been cheerful and extremely helpful and a very reassuring presence behind the scenes. I am very grateful.

This platform helped me fund my dog's treatments. Very grateful.

I compared GGF with other funding platforms, GGF have the lowest fees, can raise money in my country, I can withdraw money anytime... This platform is not complicated, everything is so simple and clear!

I have to say that as a former Post Newsweek CONSUMER investigative reporter turned serial entrepreneur, VICTORIA is one of the BEST Customer Service reps I have EVER had the pleasure of working with! I told her that I have only THREE companies offering FIVE STAR performance: GoDaddy, Amazon and GoGetFunding.

In fact, even though I helped pioneer Affiliate Marketing in the early 90s, I now seldom join any programs because of LOUSY Customer NO Service!

When I happen to discover GoGetFunding had an Affiliate program I emailed Victoria to find how I could get involved. As I expected, she set it up and explained in detail what I needed to do which I did ASAP with my site. I then had Victoria inspect before I sent over the post to my LinkedIn site.

Please do EVERYTHING POSSIBLE to keep Victoria at GoGetFunding!

Edited after Refund---- The whole experience left a bit of a nasty taste in my mouth. I started out with 1 star but changed to 3 stars now that my refund has come back... I donated and was charged twice along with a few other people. It is a very common problem these days, but still it would have been much more tolerable if the tech support at gogetfunding would have found out first and let me and my posse' know, instead of finding out the hard way and panicking a bit. Very easy site to work with, just hope there are no more technical problems.

Me along with other donors were charged twice on a campaign. The campaign is of a mutual friend of ours - so we know that they wouldn't scam us. We're very worried as it looks like go get funding charged each of us twice themselves.

I for example paid 35 euro once, which was deducted from my account 08.11. Then a separate charge of 18.95 (deducted 8.11) and 16.05 (deducted 10.11) were taken off later as well.

I called my bank and confirmed that none of this was on reserve and that all three payments have gone through. Hope the company can give us answers to this - we're not very pleased as from our research this company seems trustworthy. Others donated sums of 50-120 euro and getting charged twice for them is extremely inconvenient.

I've been trying to get hold of Go Get Funding team the entire day. We're very happy that we were able to raise funds from South Africa into our account. Now the major problem that we're facing is that the funds are now taking more days than expected to deposit into the account. We want to change payment method to PayPal but we're struggling to do so and our graduation project begins on Saturday morning. Please help as we need this as soon as possible.

I donated to the Food and Nutrition for the Vulnerable Crowdfunding Campaign which ended 31 August 2020. The campaign was held in partnership with a Christian based small family business established in South Africa in 1981, and the funds were being raised for Ladysmith Hospice in South Africa. I have been in contact with the Campaign Manager and it was very disappointing to find out that they have been unable to access the funds and GoGetFunding is never satisfied with the business' submission of documents for verification. The campaign manager has been dealing with Victoria who has been of little assistance. I find it difficult to comprehend how verification occurs after the funds have been raised, and how difficult it is to verify a business that has existed for decades longer than GoGetFunding. I hope the issue gets resolved soon and Ladysmith Hospice receives what is due to them because the delayed process of accessing funds is going to taint the reputation of the family business as well as the campaign manager. I gave two stars only because it was easy to launch the campaign but the service delivery deserves only one star.

My GGF campaign was quite successful, easy setup and everything you need to explain to your donators.
Unfortunately I had to withdraw it, as the researchers I had asked to support had delevered a bogus study. Thus I decided to refund all donators (which I did). That was easier than I thought it to be. Most helpful in this has been Mandy from GGF support. I can really recommend GGF to anyone. LB 28-9-2020
