Easy from placing the order to delivery at a competitive price.
I researched the spec with many retailers. The gogodigital site was easy to navigate. Ordering was seamless. Delivery was quick and the slot was 1 hour not half a day's wait.

Problem resolved quickly
I brought new phone from them which had problem in that it kept on restarting randomly (problem happened on first day), and on sending them back to them at their cost and them examining they refunded me all the money without any problem.
on asking them if they could send me replacement they did not have any stock otherwise I would have asked to sent me an replacement

Having been so pleased with my Acer Iconia One I wanted two more as Christmas presents. GoGoDigital price was half, yes HALF! that of other suppliers. I hadn't heard of them but saw they had very good reviews. I ordered two units on Sunday and they arrived the following Tuesday by courier. I had a text in the morning with a tracking number, identifying a one hour delivery time slot and they arrived bang on time.
Excellent service - I highly recommend them and will certainly use them again.

Very fast delivery
Quick easy payment and fast delivery. Only problem was the laptop hadn't been updated for so long and drivers were out of date, mouse stopped working and screen showed the tablet screen ghost. Apparently this is a common problem with lenovo laptops. Once new drivers had been installed it has worked perfectly.

Prompt return and refund
I bought the samsung galaxy edge S6 phone for my son on his birthday but the phone turned out to have a screen defect. I contacted them and they were very prompt in organising a quick return and shortly afterwards I received my money back. I will be happy to buy from this website again.
