Customer Service second to none
I had a problem placing my order during the evening and submitted the contact form in the hope that it would be picked up the next working day before the order was despatched. I was surprised and extremely impressed to receive an email from Jason very shortly afterwards reassuring me that the problem would be speedily sorted out. Fantastic customer service. The order arrived early the next day with clear instructions for installation, so that even a technophobe like me found it easy. An excellent experience all round, could not recommend GoGoDigital more highly.

Firstly LetsEncrypt is a highly trusted non profit certificate authority for TLS to secure websites and enable HTTPS ensuring user safety.
I can see that you did indeed create an account today, when you opened your account you chose a username.
Unfortunately you have tried to log in with your email address and not your username! For security our website blocks users that attempt to log into the website with an unknown username, hence you have been locked out. This is here to protect both our website and users from brute force attacks.
Of course I cannot give your information here, but if you would like to contact me via our support email, our contact form or indeed our website live chat, I would be more than happy to help you gain access to your account.
We are certainly NOT "dodgy" as the many positive reviews will testify.

I have just received a somewhat surprising reply to the review I left on 23/2 and would respond as follows:
I do not believe I implied in my review that the "issue" was GoGoDigital's fault. If I thought it was, rest assured it would have been one star (or none, if that were possible). I am delighted that GoGoDigital have so many satisfied customers. I merely explained the problems I had experienced and even acknowledged that I do not have much understanding of IT.
Furthermore, I do not go through life being "hoodwinked". I made my own decision to buy again from Kaspersky based on the situation I found myself in. Advice on resolving the matter from either GoGoDigital or Kaspersky had not proved fruitful for me. As I had already stated in my original review, the renewal via Kaspersky was actually cheaper (not "full price") than what I had paid GoGoDigital. I was asked by GoGoDigital to leave a review which I did in good faith, but perhaps expected it to be treated a bit more respectfully.
