The only problem I have is that you should start finding a driver earlier than you do. Sometime the driver can not get to the pick up point for the designated time because they are to far away

I am still learning how to use the…
I am still learning how to use the automated system. The last time, I selected 2 for a pick up from a drop off location, the system automatically sent me to an operator! As it turned out, the pick up location address from a drop off was somehow was mixed up in the system. I just hope it won't happen often, because I put in many custom location as a pick up or destination. I do not want to be charged the $5 fee for an operator assistance. That is why I have a data base on your system!

I hired GoGo to mow my yard
I hired GoGo to mow my yard. I gave them a payment of $35 an $5. They took the money and I haven't heard a word from them!! Don't trust this corrupt company. They take advantage of seniors. They never were going to mow my yard. Please watch out for these scammers. Don't give them any money until the work is actually done.

This company might be a scam..I tried to get a ride home from the hospital and they kept telling me they could not find a driver. They also charged me a $29.99 fee which is non refundable. Most unreliable service.

I never ask for this service i took 1 uber ride and now this gogo grandparent won't stop. First they tried me bank account for 245.00 i stop that one then I found a charge for 2.15 from gogo stopped that now they are charging me 20.00 on a credit card that i used for my 1 uber ride. I called they said i signed up for there service when I did not. They canceled the service but said the sign up fee was not returnable. Stay away from Uber and for heaven sake don't even look at gogograndparent it should be gogoripoff old people

These people are a rip-off. I'M 71 YEARS OLD. I CAN BARELY WALK, AND THEY LEFT ME HIGH AND DRY IN 98 DEGREE WEATHER WITHOUT A RIDE. DO NOT TRUST THEM. CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. THEY MAKE UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION.

This is a terrible place to receive services. Use anyone but them. They quoted 36 dollars. They took 69.96 out of my account. It's the bait and switch. Either way you do it. You are going to lose money. Once you give them your card info. It's over. Check there reviews.

While the ride itself was completed and billed through our transportation partner, we have gone ahead and processed a refund for your membership fee as a gesture to help offset the inconvenience. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

I signed up for a trial and before I could cancel it, I was unexpectedly hospitalized. Gogograndparent refused to refund my membership, even though I cancelled the membership. A ride from the hospital to home was quoted at over $50 dollars. I chose Lyft instead which charged me less than $40.00. Gogograndparent is about gouging seniors for the very help they need. I am thoroughly disgusted with how I was treated.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. After carefully reviewing your account and the call recordings associated with your registration, we would like to clarify a few points.
During your registration call with our team, the operator explained how the service works, when you chose to move forward with the annual membership under the seven-day free trial. During the registration call, the operator explained how the membership works, including that GoGoGrandparent is a membership-based service, that rides themselves have a separate cost, and that the annual membership cost is $245.88 after the seven-day trial period.
You were also provided a ride estimate with a $10 discount, bringing the estimated cost of that ride to under $40, which you acknowledged during the call.
As part of our normal process, three days before the seven-day trial ended, our system placed an automated reminder call regarding the upcoming membership charge. Once the trial period concluded, the system attempted to process the membership fee. Due to a payment processing issue, the initial attempt did not go through immediately and the charge was ultimately processed the following day.
Our records also show that you contacted us on September 15, at which time a representative assisted with closing the account.
Additionally, the amount charged was not the full annual amount. The system processed only a partial charge of $20.49, which reflects the prorated monthly equivalent of the annual plan rather than the full yearly amount.
Your account is now closed, and there will be no further charges.
