Horrible

Horrible. I was thrilled when I heard about GoGoGrandparent 'Elbow Assist' service. I am a senior citizen and broke my ankle and in crutches so I needed a reliable service. When I scheduled the appt. with GoGo, they assured me that I would have 'Elbow Assist' where the driver would meet me at the door and escort (elbow assist) me to the car. My appointment was early in the morning, still dark, in the dead of winter with snow on the ground. THE DRIVER DID NOT GET OUT OF HIS CAR. I had to make the appointment, so it was by the grace of God that I made it to the vehicle. I was devastated. The GoGo drivers that they assign are not even aware of Elbow Assist.' However, they now claim that, "It is up to the driver discretion if they want to assist a passenger." This is appalling because they did not mentioned this when I made the appointment, otherwise I would not have gambled with an medical appointment. Seniors beware!

My first GoGo experience

It was easy to schedule my first ride a few days ahead. It was also easy to request a ride back home after my medical appointment, by texting "READYING reply. Both drivers I encountered were happy to help with my walker, and were personable as well as safe drivers.

Receiving reminders by texts and emails…

Receiving reminders by texts and emails for the requested rides. The expediency for pick ups and return trips are great. If the ride is requested and the assigned driver cancels it, there is an immediate search for a new driver. Added note: I also appreciate that I do not have to re-identify myself when calling to request return trip home-your system already identifies the caller.

We did review the rides on your account and noticed that during the return trip, the first ride for the return trip was ordered through the automated system and the destination selected thru the automated system was different from the intended address. Our team was able to cancel that ride and arrange a new one for you so you could get to the correct location. We sincerely apologize for any confusion that caused.

To help make future rides even easier, we’ve confirmed that you currently have a few saved locations on your account:

- Dial 1: Your Home Address (this is the default when using the automated system)
- Dial 3: Hospital – Emergency Entrance
- Dial 4: Fry’s Marketplace – Main Entrance

When using the automated system, pressing 1 will always send a driver to your home, and the other options can be used for those saved locations.

If any of these saved locations need to be adjusted, or if you would like to add additional locations, please feel free to call us and we will be more than happy to update them for you. Being specific about entrances (like the Emergency Entrance or Main Entrance) is very helpful for drivers and can make pickups and drop-offs much smoother.

And of course, if anything ever seems confusing while ordering a ride, you can always call us and we’ll gladly assist you.

Never tells you it's a subscription…

Never tells you it's a subscription until after you give them your credit card information! Then they charge your card $1 saying they will deposit it back. They never put the $1 back into my card. I would never trust this site for anything!

Your account was created through our online registration process, where the membership options and terms are displayed before completing enrollment. During that process, customers select the membership plan they wish to use in order to access GoGoGrandparent’s services.

Regarding the $1 charge, this is not an actual charge but a temporary authorization hold used to verify the card on file. According to our records, this authorization was released on February 25, typically within 24–48 hours. Because it is only a hold, it often does not appear as a finalized transaction on bank statements. If you are still seeing it pending, your bank will be able to confirm that the authorization has already been released.

We apologize if any part of the process was unclear and appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention.
