Very bad experience. Bought a coat. Never arrived. Only got 1 email back from go groopie to say they need to give the merchant 7 days to reply. Have been emailing every few days since with no reply. Very frustrating. I wish companies like this could be stopped from trading!

Be warned people do not purchase of these they are a fraud they take your money and don't deliver anything and no customer service absolute joke

I ordered a pole hedge trimmer at £59.99
When I went on my bank site they had taken £59.99 five times!
I have had to get my bank involved to obtain a refund.
Didn`t see all these negative reviews obviously.

Do not use this company. I ordered a refurbished iPad for my grand-daughter and it never arrived. Tried to contact company and they do not respond.
It is a scam, and I got the email through Lifeworks through work, so thought it was legitimate.
Don't waste your money!

These people are nothing but scumbags got the box damage to most off the items tryed customer services you get to last bit then it shuts down

Absolutely devastated with iPad 2 that I bought. It’s a 2020 model, refurbished but I cannot download any apps as the model is not compatible. Rubbish rubbish. Tried to communicate with go groupie and they don’t respond. Devastated. Have nothing but anger to report

Yet again I have to complain about this company.
For 3 months I have been trying to get my money back
on a purchase i never received.
I have emailed them at least 3 times a week and each time they come up with a standard answer unrelated
to my question.
Please do not risk losing your money by falling for there so called voucher discount system.
You will not get your order or receive your money back.

This company is a FRAUD! I have emailed over 100 times for a refund the response is never to do with what I have asked for now they have completely stopped replying. I have to now go through my bank to get my money back. AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COST! They take your money but won’t give it back when asking for refund. Fraudulent Company!!!!!!

I'm sick of getting emails from this company, ive never signed up to, ive tried to unsubscibe from them, ive never used them, they are trying to say they have never sent me emails, if there was an attachment button on here I would attach the emails. Stop harassing me with your SPAM EMAILS.

I ordered some chairs which box came damaged and re sealed several times. Product was poor nothing like pictures. Opens case on 12th July , then sent several messages since with NO response! Phone number doesn’t work. Looks like I’m £70 down AVOID ! Will never buy again !!

This website is a scam I ordered a wrist watch after check out they started asking for delivery money which I'm not going to pay,I would rather loose £12 than adding £5more for delivery
