As with others ordered 2 mystery boxes. Contents phone charger cable, plastic jewelry and plastic christmas cracker type rubbish.

I ordered goods from Groupie 20 days ago and still have not received them. Their customer support sent me an email saying that I must contact the seller directly and not themselves.

Looks like a scam to me. Also, my email is filled with daily BS marketing with titles like " 2 missed calls" then show all discounted goods and nothing else.

If I could give no stars I most certainly would
Ordered a 5 piece mega mystery box, what was received is a joke! 2 pieces of plastic kids jewellery, a yellow plastic keyring, something that looks like a party bag toy and a phone charger! Wasn't expecting anything wonderful, but seriously this is ridiculous and what a waste of money. Lesson learnt not to be so gullible with these kind of deals!

I will fight all way to end to get my money back. My ADVICE is to not buy anything in gogroopie. They will give you hard time.

Very poor service spent a tiny amount never saw the goods communication is useless Probably just a con may go back to paypal for a refund

Go groopie and associated companies are STEALING hundreds of pounds from EACH customer including myself! What is being done about it ?

100pc scam. Do not buy from them. Sad that people make there money from scamming people instead of getting a real job.
Generic mails , don't answer complaints .

Absolutely appalling. I have waited weeks and not received items and no reply or refund. Wish I had looked at reviews first. Didn't realise they had a 1 rating

I can see that they acquired my e-ddress via Asda - who had no right to sell it on. Been receiving junk mail from them ever since.

This website is a scam don't buy any product they will not deliver and you will not get your money be wise. .I order blue grass perfume for more than six months, no perfume and no refund .

DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR. ORDERED SOME ITEMS PAID FOR DELIVERY GOT NO UPDATE ON TRACKING DELIVERY DETAILS SO EMAILED (LAURA) GOT A RESPONCE STATING PLEAEE ALLOW 14 WORKING DAYS BLAH BLAH BLAH. WAS SUPPOSED TO RECIEVE MY ITEMS BY 20TH.EMAILED AGAIN LAURA AT 5:00 PM ON THE 20TH.GOT A REPLY STRAIGHT BACK STATING I WOULD RECIEVE BY 8:00.8:02 EMAILED AGAIN ASKING WHERE ITEMS WHERE AND THEN THE NEXT DAY 3 TIMES GOT NO REPLY AT ALL.

1st & last time I use "gogroopie"
Item received, bared little resemblance to advertised photo & were too small. Product was not true to size.
When after finding how to return, had to contact the merchant & was told that, as the item was not damaged I would have to pay for the cost of return & show a return receipt !! What a joke.Would probably cost more to return than the purchase cost.
Item was not fit for purpose. Will never use gogroopie again.

Agree with all the 1 star reviews here, go groupie are the most unscrupulous bunch of thieves currently trading, how they are allowed to get away with this is beyond me. I am surprised Trading Standards havent stepped in yet to close them down. If a deal sounds too good to be true THEN IT IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, don't give them your hard earnt money, stick with the trusted Companies that look after their Customers!

Purchased a mystery box and all I received was a box of bubble wrap nothing else just bubble wrap contacted company they said nothing they can do so I lost £25

Ordered canvas shoes on this site. Ordered UK size 7, I am actually a 6.5 but ordered a 7 for comfort. Shoes arrived from company called Fantasy Supply. Much too small. Contacted. Company and they advised that I should have checked the actual measurement of the shoes on their website so not their fault. When you order a UK size 7 who actually checks to see what the suppliers version of a Uk7 is?
I escalated to GoGroupie who just copied the same supplier response to me!

Purchsed some dancing garden faries on dandilions from go groupie ( would love to show you pictures of what I have been sent). Complained to go groupie and received a very quick response. However the chinese people who supplied the goods are awful to deal with and refused to refund me in full. They could not comprehend that the goods received were not as advertised. I tried to involve go groupie and you just get the same bott replies. No help what so ever. And i have been bombarded with emails. Stay clear if you want to keep hold of your cash and not be sent a load of crap

Total con. Very misleading and what was delivered was nothing more than cheap Christmas cracker trinkets.

Hugely disappointed in GoGroopie Customer Service. I ordered two sets of Charcoal Sateen Single bedding, purchasing two vouchers and paying twice for postage, yet only received one set. I contacted the company supplying the product - EuroTrade - direct and they said the bedding was out of stock and they would arrange a Refund. I checked the Go Groopie site and the product was still shown as on sale, so stupidly I purchased another Voucher and paid for yet more postage as I wanted my twin beds to match - l was hoping there were still some sets in a warehouse somewhere.. Well of course this set hasn't arrived either!! I have contacted GoGroopie Customer Services providing copies of all correspondence. Their first response demonstrated that they hadn't bothered to read the correspondence, just stating the bedding would be expected before or on 3rd May. I messaged back pointing out that they had not responded appropriately based on all the information I had sent, and they haven't bothered to respond at all. I have now paid £45.00 for one set of, in reality, very poor quality bedding. I will not use GoGroopie ever again.
