I stupidity bought a MYSTERY BOX BEFORE CHRISTMAS have sent emails tried to phone got email saying just wait it's in its way WELL I RECEIVED A BOX WHICH I HADN'T ORDERED measuring 9"long 5"wide with two very small silicone massage bath this week 10th Jan 23 🪥 😡🤬if this is the mystery box should be ashamed of yourselves conning people

States delivery within 5-7 days I'm now week 4 and only just received an email from royal mail to say my parcel is on way to them so probably I'll wait another 2 weeks

Cheap over priced, and overinflated prices to make it look as though there are massive savings , overpriced p&p. Item did not arrive so after apppx 10 emails to the retailer and then to gogroopie, 2 months later i finally got my refund. Shocking service, will unsubscribe from their shoddy products

I have read all the reviews and found the need to give my version of affairs. I ordered a laptop for £59.99 which was refurbished but I didn’t mind after reading the reviews I became worried but had no need I order it on the 23/12/2022 and had very little correspondence but yesterday I got a text stating it was on its way. It arrived with a few marks on which didn’t affect the performance of the chrome book. So Hats of to you GoGroopie all I can say is give them a chance.

In October 2022 I ordered and paid for 2 x throws via GoGroopie. I received I emailed Laura at GoGroopie and each time after about 10 days she emails back to say it was delivered. The company are con artists and I would recommend everyone to avoid using them. I doubt if anyone of that name exists and that all the emails are just stock replies that GoGroopie sends in response to complaints

Whhen you buy product on this site, you have to make 2 separate payments to merchants & gogroopie for delivery charge, if anything goes wrong you would be lucky only get refund from merchant, you will not get refund from gogroopie, delivery charge normally £4.99, be aware of using this site

If i could give less stars i would , i paid £24.99 for a mystery 50 item box , i did it for a christmas laugh , its was embarrassing, utter junk , crackers have better items , my one and only GoGroopie venture ....save your money .

Paid for a voucher (they have no financial value) which is essentially a time limited offer (you often have to pay for additional p&p).

GoGroopie are a service provider who primarily pass you directly through to places like Japan or Taiwan who then send you the goods directly.

GoGroopie can circumvent laws and borders, denie any involvement at all in the good or service once you redeem the voucher as they have played their part, unfortunately I was a victim, though I did smell something not quite right so only a (relatively) small item was purchased through the service.

GoGroopie are not the only ones playing this game of subcontracting your order and only providing the service element, this is in fact a commonly used business model as it doesn't cost much money at all to set up, all you need is a laptop.....even just a phone will do to set up a business like GoGroopie.

The item I ordered (nearly) 2 months ago still hasn't arrived and I won't be holding my breath.

So, in a nutshell, dont use the GoGroopie service as you will be buying from third parties from distant shores with no legal obligation to you.....it may even be from some illegal sweatshop.....

This company is rubbish, Do not buy anything from them. The doorbell I purchased was faulty and when I complained they messed around until the 14 days return period had expired.

you can't find anyone to talk to or communication with them.
I order 2 laptops from them not arrived and 18 complaint forms were filled. Costumer service is awful!!!!!!

Disgrace of a company do not use Items not arrived but then told nothing to do with us contact merchant ..who just ignores refuns requests ...blatent robbery

Where do I start got to be the worst company in the world if possible I would have given a minus result no correspondence no purchase item inform your bank not to let them have any money out of your account and don't shop with them for any reason ever,disgusting 000000 rating

I have ordered 2 items paid and also postage no confirmation emails no items delivered, won’t use them again will contact my bank 🙈

First Time purchaser with Go Groupie.
I was delighted with the price of my item.
What i did'nt know because i'm a bloke and i dont read the small print is that after purchase, you have to purchase a FURTHER £4.99 posting voucher.
They wont tell you, and you wont get reminded, you have to work it out, when like me it doesn't arrive and you read the reviews.
You have to log in to the Go Groupie website, with your email address, go to orders, select your order, and then purchase a further £4.99 postage voucher,
Then and only then, do you get a confirmation email saying your item will be posted.
It appears that many like me, make the same mistake and the item NEVER gets posted because you HAVENT paid for postage !

The company deducts funds from your card for nothing; this is simply fraud. Sent e-mail BUT no response. PLEASE do not fall into this modern day SCAM!!

I couldnt rate this site any lower if i tried and will never use it again.to order 3 of the same item there were 6 transactions takin from my account 3 seperate transactions for items and another 3 transactions for p&p which i had to reddem vouchers for before i could pay for it which was totally confusing...as 1 payment had not went through i contacted a lauren jones to ask how to complete the payment but instead of assisting me she replied telling me my refund was issued.when i told her i did not want a refund or to cancel my order she sent the same reply again,your refund was issued and again a 3rd time...an absolute ignorant pig who obviously has zero customer service skills and no idea on how to deal with quite basic issues..i still do not know if my order is coming to me or not which will be a hugh disappointment if the 3 items i ordered are not here for christmas with 3 kids expecting them under the tree...thanks very much lauren!!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. . They have charged my account for £24 for nothing . I do not know why . I have sent several emails with no response . I shall be raising this with my bank as it’s fraud . Do not use them !!
