My order did not arrive and they added delivery charge if £4.99 after I made my order!!! Excuse after excuse from them regarding my order being delivered. Avoid this scam company at all cost!!!

i have been shopping with gogroopie for quite some time now and the goods are very good and it is easy to order from them

Everything was so easy, maybe a little too easy, but if they've got something you want, you'd be foolish not to.

Easy to order. I am very pleased with the product.

Good products and service. If problems arise they are very good at resolving matters.

When is order coming

From ordering to arriving early after 3 days, and as happy as can be absolutely excellent watch and the price absolute bargain so all in all couldn’t be happier.

In the various times I have dealt with Go Groopie I have always had complete satisfaction and I have bought various products ranging from electrical goods to plants ( presently awaiting delivery ) so I would recommend giving them a try.

Haven’t had the item yet and not heard from anyone regarding delivery , also didn’t realise the cost for delivery

Wasn’t sure what to expect as I don’t normally buy from email ads but was pleasantly surprised. Once I got round the idea of buying a coupon to redeem against an item it all went well. Item arrived quickly, communication was great and I am happy with my purchase. The cushion works really well giving me support where I need it and relief from back pain

Very poor checkout, separate payment required for delivery and no indication of when item will be delivered. Would not recommend.

Good service but low value item. Cardboard rolls inside toilet rolls are very wide so a lot less toilet roll than expected. Prompt delivery.

There’s nothing wrong with the purchase.. but when I took receivership of the item.. it was totally smashed.. & trying to deal with the company that it originated from has been a disaster.. they sent one part out.. but the complete item was smashed in several places.. Still awaiting a new delivery..!!!!! 🚚… 🫣🫣😩

A simple situation where there has been 2 deductions from my Bank a/c for £9.99 - on the same day ! - yet I confirmed only 1 delivery. Have been trying to settle this over past 2 weeks - they keep dodging the questions. Have asked GOGROUPIE to cancel all data held and remove me from their mailing list. All this for £ 9.99 -unbelievable and terrible customer "service".

I had an issue regarding a purchase from GoGroopie. I expected a protracted wait to resolve the situation. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I received a reply within hours from Natasha. I rarely write reviews unless I discover an individual who is exceptional at their job. In this case, I had found a most personable individual, who was both professional and efficient! She sorted my issue completely, in a matter of minutes with a minimum of fuss. Well done Natasha! GoGroopie have employed a true asset.
