I had an issue regarding a purchase from GoGroopie. I expected a protracted wait to resolve the situation. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I received a reply within hours from Natasha. I rarely write reviews unless I discover an individual who is exceptional at their job. In this case, I had found a most personable individual, who was both professional and efficient! She sorted my issue completely, in a matter of minutes with a minimum of fuss. Well done Natasha! GoGroopie have employed a true asset.

Have been waiting for the same item from another supplier. No problem with this order, prompt delivery, and a friendly driver. It is a decent product, and can be in various sized bottles. Used it before - damn jolly good stuff !

I wanted to warn people about buying from GoGroopie. In my experience, they do not clearly vet the companies they sell vouchers for, and their customer support was very poor when things went wrong.

We bought a mattress through GoGroopie, but it was delivered faulty. We first contacted the merchant directly, but they ignored our messages, so we had to go through GoGroopie for help. Unfortunately, they were not very helpful and simply told us to return the mattress for a full refund.

We then drove nearly two hours to return the mattress ourselves. The store accepted it, we took a photo of the salesperson, and we also got a signed note confirming the mattress had been returned.

After that, we heard nothing and never received our refund. We went back to GoGroopie and provided all the evidence showing the mattress had been returned, but they still did not properly help us, while the vendor continued to ignore all correspondence.

Because of this experience, I will never buy from GoGroopie again. Please be careful before purchasing through them.

well i never recived my order so natasha thomas and they sent another by post.the post office lost my order after four times going back they said customer support .
that went no where so back to gogroopie customer support team by e mail so very difficult to get anywhere
so give up take the money as lost never again

The Jackets are of great quality and definitely great value at that price. Delivery was ok but EvRi is not a great choice for delivering items because they don’t tell you on the day of delivery. My biggest concern was the UK sizing quoted was NOT what was sent. I ordered XL but was sent 2KL but this was too small and had to up the size to your 4XL and that was great. Exchanging the goods was easy but unnecessary if you sort out your sizing issues.

I bought a garden strimmer that fell apart on first use. The seller agreed to refund my money - however they have not kept that promise and I have received nothing!

The service was simple to understand,also the goods are always good on the adverts.

I had an issue with my purchase, I couldn't get any response from the seller and neither could GoGroupie so they refunded me the full amount, no questions, hassle or fuss, Five Star Service and would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone.

Furniture arrived and was easy to build

i just paid nearly £900 for garden furniture no feed back that was over 2 weeks ago message the seller nothing so wouldn’t recommend i really want my money back now
