They told me I was talking to Medicare. They took my Medicare information they took all my prescription information. They made me feel terrible. I’ve never felt so violated in my whole life. I woke up at 4 o’clock in the morning knowing that the things they told me just were not right dental coverage vision coverage at $4000 spending card then the next man told me there was a $6000 spending card, why is anything like this to happen?

It's not very easy for us older people to understand. I get lost I get on to different sites or I go around in circles the second and third party people that just confuses especially when we're already confused and having memory loss and stuff that's like 10 times worse

I've been working with Holden Barlow for the past several years, he is wonderful! He explains everything in detail and I feel like he is giving me the best health package available. I trust him or I wouldn't use him year after year! Thank you Holden, you are the best! (I'm not sure of the exact date I talked to him, but it was during the end of the year when it is time to go over new plans.

Go Health in and of itself is a good company. However, when it came to the company that they recommended me to for my part b Medicare which is devoted health. The latter company sucks. I've been told two different things as far as my insurance card and my welcome kit with devoted health. They have told me that my card was in processing. And then a few days later they told me that my card had been mailed out. The last time I checked because I still have not received it they had told me that the card was still in processing one of those two statements is a lie. So tomorrow I guess I'll have no choice but to call the insurance commissioner in North Carolina and find out why they can't get my insurance card to me.

I want to cancel. Was told that I would receive $200 a month for groceries. That has not happened. I do not even know if I still have Medicare. When I called Kaiser Permanente this morning, they were unable to find me by name or policy number. I'm not even sure if this is a legitimate company.

I want to CANCEL with Humana because I need to keep my Oncology team and you Don't cover them. I can't afford having to pay $400 per day of the first 4 days when I have to be hospitalized.
My United Healthcare insurance company was/is always been good for me & I will be switching back anyway when my divorce is final.
PLEASE cancel my Humana account and give me back United Healthcare account 🙏.

I recently worked for this company and they do not care about people, they care about numbers. My manager encouraged a very cutthroat style of sales, not wanting to help people find insurance that will benefit them but just trying to switch people from plan to plan to make commission off of you. I would recommend going directly to an insurance provider, rather than get taken advantage of by this company.
If I had a my cards it would be so helpful. I'm told I can shop on line until I get my card. It would be helpful if when I called for help with getting a new PCP. Both times I'm told the same person at Sage Health 2 times.They have told me 2 time they don't take United Healthcare. I can't seem to get any help to use my card.
