It's very good. The only issue i have is if you pay manually before the allowance is due to your child, you are hit with allowance reminders through email/texts it wasn't paid directly through them.

£40 taken from grandson's account in error. Their error. They have been 'investigating' and 'looking into it' for 12 days. A blind man on a galloping horse can see what has happened. Three times I've spoken to their helpline. Promised to get back to me within 24 hours. Never happened. Once they sort their mess out, I'm closing the account. All other transactions that benefit gohenry have been seamless, of course.

It's ok but shop around, there are cheaper options

I had been a customer for two years paying £3.99 per month. The first card expired and the new one sent is not personalised which I paid for when setting up the account. I'm expected to pay £4.99 for a new personalised card each time the old one expires, on top of all that money I've already spent on the monthly fee! It's made me move to Monzo for their FREE non-personalised cards. I'll give my child the extra £3.99 per month!

Don't like being changed 50p for every transaction.

**GoHenry have since been in touch and have honoured half the bonus for the referral which met the terms which is better than nothing and I’m appreciative of. **
Referred 2 friends as I had a promotion of £30 each referral plus a £150 bonus for 2 referrals. 2 friends signed up but one did not receive the card and didn’t notice straight away. It was therefore not activated by the deadline. We got in touch and I was ASSURED the bonus promotion was still active on my account and once the criteria had been met I would get it, even clarifying this was the case even though the deadline was missed. I thought as the card had not reached her they were still honouring it out of good will as she said I would get it. New card was sent out to friend and activated as soon as she got it. Waited the 70 days as per the terms and no bonus £150. Got in touch and told terms weren’t met and there had been a “miscommunication” in my previous conversation and they meant the £30 referral fee which I got. I specifically said bonus! Told me to clarify I needed to get both my friends to get in touch, one who got the card and activated in the time frame etc so no need to involve a busy mum who works full time and has enough on her plate as it is! I didn’t need clarification, I know what happened and explained it the first time I got in touch but was told I would still get it and now it comes to the date I should have been paid it I’m being told I won’t.
