Terrible experience with with goin my way. Would never ever recommend going with this agency. I had booked Mauritius trip with these guys.

After making the payment and sending the itenary details, they said that hotel rooms are fully booked now you have to give additional 25k INR for another hotel. Plus they cleverly mentioned SIC (sit in coach) basis for the tour which basically means that they would provide a pathetic sharing traveller with 10 other people in it. For us, the first day itself, the driver came to the hotel and left in 5-10 minutes without picking us and without informing us, leaving us totally helpless and spoiling our planned tour for the island (Ile cerf).

Upon contacting the agency, they denied any sort of help. We had to hire a private taxi and had to pay additionally for speedboat as well for the island tour.

Overall rating- 1/5 for these fraudsters

Never book any package from them, they are very rude in talking

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!
Poor staff customer relation, deletes your reviews, blocks you on instagram for putting genuine reviews. Calls and says "aukat nahi hai tumhari, welle log". Tagging their agent KASHISH.

Pathetic, please do not fall in trap! I wish I could not even give 1 star.

Their agent Simranjeet is the worst I have ever dealt with. We book Maldives package with them and there were so many hidden charges in the name of GST, Taxes, Card charges which weren't mentioned at all while booking. When we brought this up, they asked us to write an email and there was no solid response.
Even the additional perks like candlelight dinner mentioned to lure is while booking, was completely discarded in the end.

They are completely unprofessional and my advice is to please avoid this corrupt company

Follow ups needs to be done for everything.
They don't say there is a define time for any activity to be completed also they are not supportive during the cancellations additionally there is no one on one connected with the customer so that we can check out our doubts with the agent.

Great team …Kashish is too good very supportive and active … she has solution to all your problems which you face abroad and rest of the team is also awesome they are doing great job as a team it’s my third trip with them ,,looking for ward for many more …you might experience some issues while getting your trip booked as travel anxiety is real ..but team will be supportive throughout ..
