I had the best experience with Ms Kashish who was my trip planner. I had planned a trip for Maldives for my parents. Everything went smooth and they didn't face any problems there. The service given by Ms Kashish is well appreciated and her dedication towards the work is remarkable.Thank you for making my parent's trip a memorable one.

Extremely bad experience
Extremely bad experience. First they charged additional surcharges which werent told while finalizing deal. I agreed to it as i have already paid advances and as they said one additional component is TDS which will get refunded to.me once i file returns.

They are extremely unprofessional, late, unresponsive - cab ruin all your vacations.

Worst experience to deal with their team members. I took the Dubai package from their agency where I have paid TCS with final package amount. Now I have been chasing to their team (person name Komal) to provide TAN no so that I can file in ITR but no response from her side nor she is picking my call. I”ll strongly recommend don’t go with their agency. Extremely Disappointed

Now i have been chasing them for TDS certificate so that i can claim refund. Its been two months of chase and still.no resolution. I doubt they submitted TDS further.

Take way long to revert back

I booked my maldives trip with goin my way, it was a great experience, Maldives was an awesome experience. Kashish assisted us brilliantly and the hotel & resort booking was done as agreed and it was good.

Only suggestion for future that communication should be little more proactive from other team members.

Overall it was a great trip and goin my way taken care of all our stay in Maldives.

The agent with whom I dealt was Simranjeet, beware of him whatever he agrees please take in writing, don't go by his words.
1. At the time of booking was agreed that all taxes (all taxes green tax GST any other kind of tax) except TCS will be inclusive. As GST was excluded in the message which was sent to me, I specifically asked, and I was told that in the final deal all taxes included, don't take tension. I got call after call please just click on the final quote sent to you, so we can confirm the booking, just give the token amount of 40,000. I messaged that I am on the way but calls after the call please make the payment so we may close today. Later on, after making two payments came to know that GST is extra. Later on, was told do you have anything in writing, the quote was sent to you and you accepted it. So, in case you want to deal with this agency, agree on everything in writing.
2. After making the first payment cross verified from the resort, I was informed the booking has been cancelled by the resort. when I enquired from Simranjeet, he told me there is a technical glitch from the resort side will get a confirmation in an hour. One after another so many lies till late at night then the next day it was confirmed and was told to me that instead of some other booking these guys have cancelled my booking. I do not know what was the purpose of lying they could have told this that it is some miscommunication from their end.
3. Price of the floating breakfast was quoted to me as approx 15,000 for two persons, fortunately, have not paid them for it. After reaching the resort came to know it costs only USD 100 (i..e, around 8300).
4. I made a few special requests like two water villas opposite each other and I requested them to share the communication made to the resort to avoid any further confusion. I was told by the travel agency that internal communications are not shared neither they confirm anything in writing to me. It was not noted at the resort but after discussions, the resort was kind enough to fulfil all my requests.

I had an amazing and luxurious trip to Maldives and it was possible only because of Goin my way. All thanks to Karan who was our coordinator and he helped us in finding this luxurious resort.

I book my tour to Dubai through Going my way. They are professional tour operators and their services was very good. I had fun and good experience in dubai through them. Ms. Komal and Mr. Saket was great help in communication. It was my first international solo trip and they made it happen.

Had a great lifetime experience in Dubai also Simarjeet was very helpful all along the trip planning my trip through goinmyway. Best ever vacation experience.
