A great provider

My experience with Go Internet has been really good so far from the initial call to get set up to the installation from the friendly & efficient engineer (apologies to him for my puppy who kept climbing all over him) Great coverage throughout my place. Would definitely recommend.

Waited home all-day on install date no…

Waited home all-day on install date no service or phone call l phoned at 1600 hrs and told my lnstall would take place two days later. l was told my monthly rate was £30 per month but am being billed £32 per month. Regards

Fantastic customer service

There was an issue with my internet connection (a technical issue with BT). Ashley spent half an hour on the phone with me trying to get my router up and running, which eventually he did - it was an example of fantastic customer service and I'm pleased I chose Go Internet.

Your customer excellence service is quick and…

Your customer service is quick and efficient, explaining in an easy manner what is required
Your engineer turned up at the specified time and proceeded to install the equipment in a timely manner
He went on to explain how to use said equipment and helped to fully set up other items

Excellent service!

Excellent service!
The engineer arrived when he said he would and installed the service promptly and efficiently. He (Josh) was very friendly and knowledgeable and put the equipment exactly where I wanted it. He checked everything was working and even offered to get rid of our old copper connection.
Now we have very high speed internet at last as our existing 5Mbps was getting really unusable.

Rude advisors and even ruder management

Decent customer service at the start until we had to deal with potentially moving house.
Back and forth emails with customer support with no solution just patronising emails where they speak to you like a child.
Our hands on experience with the “managing director” was appalling, very rude individual with no care for his customers at all.
They would rather see you financially struggle than give an adequate solution.
We have had no end of problems with the OFNL service they provide. We could not play any online PlayStation games instead I used my mobile hotspot which gave better speeds anyway.
Absolutely could not be convinced to sign on with go internet again

The engineer did a great job

The engineer did a great job in the pouring rain, installing the dish. The result is internet speed of 38 versus less than 2 that we had previously through Openreach telephone line!

Amazing service

Amazing service. Ordered a few days before, set the date and they turned up first thing, quickly fitted it with no fuss or mess and I have 40mb internet in the chalet and can ‘work from home from home’ now! Would definitely recommend

So nice to deal with a company where…

So nice to deal with a company where you can speak to a person with a name and then call back and ask to speak again to them.
Good service, a small bump on the way was rectified in about an hour.

Very easy to deal with and contact

Very easy to deal with and contact. Polite knowledgeable staff. Only issue was some technical oversight at their end which meant my router wouldn’t connect when first plugged in, so had to call them but they fixed it over the phone within 15 mins. So far, so good.

There was a lack of communication regarding my order!!

I had to phone 3 times & repeat the process of ordering. However, once they started the process after the 3rd phone call,the service was amazingly quick, friendly,& my daughter was gutted that she missed the handsome young man who installed my WiFi! He was also very knowledgeable ,& the job was finished with no hassle & very quickly & quietly.
