We never use mass production processing techniques such as pasteurising, filtering or synthetic probiotics for shelf stability as we don't supply retail, so our kombucha has more gut-friendly microbes and beneficial yeasts than any processed “kombucha drinks” sold in supermarkets or on Amazon. We only bottle in glass - never in porous polymer plastic-lined aluminimum cans which studies have shown can leech into live, low pH drinks, building up cumulatively in the gut over time - and we never add synthesised sweetners like erythritol or setviol glucosides that can irritate the gut lining causing bloating, diarrhea and cramp - the very conditions our kombucha can help aleviate!
