Since 2003 we’ve brewed raw, unpasteurised kombucha the small batch way using the best organic teas and mineral-rich, purified spring water from our well deep in the Sussex countryside. We never use mass production processing techniques such as pasteurising, filtering or synthetic probiotics for shelf stability as we don't supply retail, so our kombucha has more gut-friendly microbes and beneficial yeasts than any processed “kombucha drinks” sold in supermarkets or on Amazon. We only bottle in glass - never in porous polymer plastic-lined aluminimum cans which studies have shown can leech into live, low pH drinks, building up cumulatively in the gut over time - and we never add synthesised sweetners like erythritol or setviol glucosides that can irritate the gut lining causing bloating, diarrhea and cramp - the very conditions our kombucha can help aleviate! Wonderfully authentic kombucha and great service. It’s so difficult to get a true kombucha in the supermarkets. Most of them have unnecessary added nasties such as sweeteners.
GO Kombucha is the real deal and I couldn’t recommend the, enough for a great taste and great service.

This is definitely worth buying for the quality and flavour of the product. You can taste the difference over supermarket sold brands. It’s not overly fizzy either. Great customer service with updates, awareness of the heat affecting the product to ensure you get top quality.

Interesting new-to-me kombucha
Go Kombucha was exciting to try. Its more serious and purist than some other brands. Yunnan and Ginger Sencha had superb sharp taste but the White China and other lighter ones, even Darjeeling, seemed not to have much strong taste. That was surprising as I like White tea like Pau Mu Tan. Overall the small bottles were better than the large ones, taste wise and lid-wise. Big bottle lids were a little scratchy and didn't want to screw back tightly in one case particularly.
A good introduction to Kombucha.

Lovely authentic kombucha
This is the best Kombucha in my opinion. Authentic, real kombucha that tastes great. The only reason I gave 4 stars this time is that one of the boxes looked like it had been thrown around the delivery van. It was all squashed and wet. Consequently one of the bottles had leaked and was practically empty. I would recommend this product though.
