Since 2003 we’ve brewed raw, unpasteurised kombucha the small batch way using the best organic teas and mineral-rich, purified spring water from our well deep in the Sussex countryside. We never use mass production processing techniques such as pasteurising, filtering or synthetic probiotics for shelf stability as we don't supply retail, so our kombucha has more gut-friendly microbes and beneficial yeasts than any processed “kombucha drinks” sold in supermarkets or on Amazon. We only bottle in glass - never in porous polymer plastic-lined aluminimum cans which studies have shown can leech into live, low pH drinks, building up cumulatively in the gut over time - and we never add synthesised sweetners like erythritol or setviol glucosides that can irritate the gut lining causing bloating, diarrhea and cramp - the very conditions our kombucha can help aleviate! Having read great things I thought I would give Go Kombucha a whirl and wow I am so pleased I did. Fantastic company with amazing ethics, great communication and most of all the most delicious Kombucha. The Real Deal
This is exactly what kombucha should be like. I started drinking kombucha when I quit alcohol as there are very few decent AF drinks around that taste amazing. Also because gut microbiome is so important to good health and cognitive function. I'm convinced that GO kombucha is the gold standard for taste, health benefits and also knocks it out of the park on business ethics. I'm a new customer, but a permanent one now. Delicious - you’ll get hooked!
We’ve been getting kombucha on subscription for quite a while now and it’s totally replaced alcohol. It’s difficult to choose a favourite, the komsecco is perfect for a special occasion and the mixed cases lovely for everyday drinking. It’s light, refreshing, bubbly and delicious. Delivery is always pretty quick and everything is so well packaged.

I’ve been alcohol free for 60 days and I really could have cracked a bottle open last night BUT instead I poured a glass of fizzy kombucha which was light to taste so not so obviously kombucha, coupled with a glass like wine bottle, and it really did stop that crazy temptation! Thank you.

Delighted with our first Go!Kombucha order! We tried Darjeeling Black & Yumnan Gold & both are delicious. They are equally lovely before breakfast or instead of a glass of dry white wine on a weekday evening. A box of 12 arrived very quickly and were well packaged.

Hello, GO Kombucha unlike 95-plus per cent of the kombucha sold today isn't pasterurised or filtered and so retains all of the live microbes and is therefore more lively than processed supermarket and shop sold "kombuchas". We send our instruction sheet and full details on how to store our glass bottles on our web site on our next day arrival service, and this includes details on how to "burp" bottles to expel any excess fizz without wasting a drop before consuming.
Our web site was designed as a boutique experience to make shopping for our kombucha - which you can't buy in the shops - a pleasurable and rewarding experience, so sorry you found it such an appalling experience. We are a small family business which makes and sells 100% authentic kombucha made with local naturally purified spring water in glass bottles as opposed to aluminium cans direct to a discerning customer base who know how real kombucha as a live product behaves.
On that basis and noting your unhappy experience with our products and web site you will be better served by processed and stabilised "kombucha" sold in supermarkets.
