Shuayb at gold Arthur made me feel comfortable straight away as I was nervous to sell my gold and he explained the process through out. Money was in my bank in 2 working days really pleased with what I got and cant thank Shuayb enough for his professionalism,service and of course putting my mind at ease. Great communication from booking the appointment and a phone call before hand.I will be recommending gold Arthur to friends and family. Lancaster area.

Ackrem was welcoming and friendly.
He told us about the company and explained how the system worked.
I had two amounts of jewellery for different people and he was happy to quote separately for them.
I decided to sell one set and was happy with the price offered.
Ackrem was not at all pushy and prepared to give us time to think about the offer he had made.
I didn’t realise he could silver as well which was a bonus.
It was easy and I look forward to receiving the payment in my bank account in the next few days

It was really great seeing Lucas and he waited for me as I was a bit late and when I arrived he was so nice , patient and friendly- he took his time and really went through everything with me and didn’t pressure me - I was so happy and had a lot of trust in him so I will be coming again for sure 🙏🏽

The guy who helped me, Haque was very professional, knowledgeable, and went to great lengths to negotiate the best deal he could for me. He also took the time to remove all the stones out of the pieces we traded. He was polite, and a great face for the company.

Honest and trustworthy, I took several gold rings to them for valuation but one was worth a lot of money and they told me to take it to a jeweller for a valuation as it could be worth a lot of money due to the stones in the ring which they couldn’t be sure of. How honest is that in today’s rip-off Britain? I received a good price for the remaining rings and overall a pleasant and heartwarming experience
