If I make an order, but change it so that I will keep the gold in yoir facilities instead of delivery and insurance cost, you require me to make payment also for those.
I paid the gold purchase after cancelling delivery, but this was not ok for them. First the answer was that they will cancel the transaction, and I need to make new purchase, probably because the price of the gold was already increased. I needed separately to pay delivery and request refund to confirm my purchase.
They think this flexible and excellent customer service.
Let me predict that they will reply that they have precise instructions and if I don't follow them, it's always my fault and it's not their job to be flexible to fix the situation

Their website is nice and polished and they delivered as advertised. But the way they calculate their premiums % is misleading (as a % of total value instead of base value). At least they also show the absolute amounts, which allows you to calculate the real premiums. But I will buy there again.

"[HTTP 403] 60410 : Unable to create record The destination phone number has been temporarily blocked by Twilio due to fraudulent activities. xxxxxxxxx prefix is blocked for the SMS channel"

I am writing this out of absolute desperation and fear. I have been a customer of Gold Avenue for some time, but since December 20, 2025, I have been completely locked out of my account. I cannot access the website ("Access Forbidden") or the mobile app.
For over six weeks, I have been trapped in an endless loop with their support team.
First, they told me it was a "temporary security flag" (Dec 23).
Then, they denied that flag ever existed (Jan 15).
They blamed my location, so I traveled to tried from another country to log in—still blocked.
They asked for screenshots, videos, new devices, and different browsers. I provided ALL of them.
The last communication I received was on January 29, 2026, promising an update from IT. Since then? Silence.
I am terrified because this silence feels exactly like the recent JWR (Jieworui) scandal in China, where a trading platform collapsed, and users were left unable to redeem billions in funds. I have cash and precious metals sitting in my wallet that I cannot touch.
Gold Avenue, are you insolvent? Do you actually have my gold? Why are you blocking a verified user for 45 days and refusing to give a straight answer?
This is not just a "technical issue" anymore; it feels like a liquidity trap. If you are a legitimate company, UNBLOCK my account immediately.
