Where is my deposit refund?
Was forced to pay an exorbitant amount for insurance because I only had a debit card. I was also forced to pay a ridiculous price for the fuel deposit. They promised the fuel deposit would be refunded, and months later, after much correspondence, nothing.
The pickup is so far from the airport and out in the wilds that you have no alternative if you need the car when you booked it. So you’re trapped.
Dishonest company. Stay away. Use one that has a presence at the airport.
