Almost seamless, and one of the best car hire experiences I’ve had. No hard sell of excess waivers, no nothing - straightforward and fast key collection and car return.

please note that the car is to pick up in T1 (important in case you land in T2 because you will need to take a -free- shuttle to take you to the T1...)

We had a car booked with another provider however when we arrived at Bari airport they were unable to fulfil the booking. Goldcar were able to provide a great car at short notice at a great price. Highly recommended

It's been 7 days since the car was returned and I still haven't been refunded my principal. The car was not washed or cleaned well inside. The handover report did not record all the damage that was on the car, but this was rectified after my complaint. Difficult to navigate both when leaving the car park and on arrival. Very helpful and pleasant worker at the counter.

Whenever I go to Europe I rent my cars with Gold Car whenever I take out Total insurance, everything is easy when picking up and returning. I intend to continue renting with Gold Car if they continue to trust me as a good customer. Finally, comparing Gold Car prices with other rental companies in the same vehicle class, they are always cheaper

Everhything was fine, super easy acessable.nice staff.only minus was that there was no free parking space from goldcar any more when i left the car early morning at 5 a.m.so i had to find a solution and parked in between the cars.would be nice if staff just says something where to park if everything is full.but overall i would definetly hire there again...!
