Good service as always. Quick pick up & return. No quibbling on return. Would recommend.

We've made a great experience with GOLDCAR Pisa.
Everything went smooth and fast. Collection took only few minutes (Key&Go option is worth to have - saves your time). Car was clean and in the excellent condition. The car return also took few minutes. After few another minutes I received a confirmation mail of the returning protocol. Pisa GOLDCAR crew was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back on our next trip :)

Cost is best with Goldcar. Service is very good. But need to fix the online rental process - at least from the US. It did not take my cell #. I had to make several international calls.

What made my experience great was the kindness and clarity of Goldcar Cagliari airport employees. The girls at the desk have been all extremely helpful and friendly. The renting experience has been super smooth and pleasant.

The car was in very good conditions but a bit dirty, especially the windscreens, and the water in the water tank was missing, so next time I would suggest to check and to take care of these details that are extremely important, especially if you drive overnight.

Faulty car and loathe to exchange. Had to faff about and leave the airport and return as I had passed through zGoldcsrs barrier. Took over an hour to resolve.

I have been traveling and renting rental cars for years, wherever Goldcar is available, I always choose them!

When renting a car typically they push the insurance with a scare tactic, this company did not. And when I dropped off the car I was expecting them to find a scratch that I did not make and pay for it - this did not happen either. Very helpful and professional people. Simone thank you for your help at the car lot and thank you to the very sweet helpful young lady when dropping it off at PSA.

There was a big problem getting the car back because I lost my parking card. and I pressed the button to be opened without a card, but no one answered the phone. But I drove right after someone so quickly that the barrier didn’t have time to close. Then we circled the parking lot and looked for our floor. There is that barrier again, but your employee Wel was a very good worker, he helped us a lot, he quickly sorted out the barrier, promptly checked the car, everything was ok and he filled out the documents for us. Only Goldcar!!!!!

A fairly easy experience collecting and returning but as always finding the returns is a bit of a nightmare,the staff especially on collection were superb and picked up a nice little panda 4x4 surprisingly good thank you
