I regularly shop with brands and stores like Valabasas, MNML, CultureKings & FSFNYC, always had smooth experiences with fast shipping and solid customer service. I decided to try GoldenDenim to see how they compare, but the experience has been disappointing. I’ve waited far too long with no communication or movement. I’ve never left a negative review before, but this one earned it. Atp I’m over it they can keep it 👎🏽

Have not recieved order.
Cannot contact them, do not reply to emails, phone is switched off.
Have not replied to Instagram message.
Have had to get bank involved.
Finally recieved package, though they never replied to my request, no updates on delivery, no apologies for poor customer service. All they have done is contact trust pilot for me to review my review, saying thst don't think it's relevant, well this is me reviewing my review

I before had put a 1 star because I couldn’t get in contact with anyone at the store . But then I realized they are in California where all these horrible things are happening . Even through the crisis they contacted me as fast as they could about my order . They have the most respectful professional customer service I have ever experienced. Being a smaller business that runs off word of mouth has its perks becuase these guys treat you like family . I will definitely be shopping with them again & AGAIN .

Golden denim has always gone above and beyond with customer service. They even made me a code for a pair of jeans that weren’t on sale. I have purchased about 12 pairs of pants from them and they all have been amazing. I’ve never had any problems I would recommend them to anybody One of one Place to buy jeans I would recommend it to anybody

Guy, Abe, actually called me personally when I was worried about my order. Handled it professionally. Website could use more variety (items & prices), but the pants are great. I will shop again. 👍🏾💯

They are thieves Spent $125 on a pair of jeans on April 4th it's April 16th as of writing this and they never shipped them even baught the package protection. I tried contacting them for an update called numerous times just rang rang and rang than went to voice-mail. Tried the help chat gave them my order number and they just stopped responding. They seem to be ignoring me.

Update: They contacted me back to say the order was cancelled and that if I want to re order them I half to pay with PayPal took them 2 weeks to let me know the order was canceled customer service service is a joke!

Most definitely five stars I bought a tons of different jeans from ksubi to purple and honest all bs a side the quality lacks in those brands just after a few washes the colors either fade or the material loses its durability. Now with that being said with my Golden denims I don’t have any of those problems my jeans are durable never fade too fast and fit the best out of any jeans I own like I’ve said before these jeans are quality awesome designs and worth my money best part of it is they’re always delivered to me very fast they never lack I order them that week and they’re here on my porch within two days or 3 maximum super fast so stop lacking no what ifs and just get you a pair and you’ll see what I’m talking about you feel me!

Best pants out right now bought 1 pair for a client 48 hrs later on my 2nd purchase and patiently waiting to see what drops nextweek. Trust me the heat and diversity of these pants/ jeans dosent stop with golden and customer service was beyond great if there's a problem someone will always respond thank you so much again. Keep going you will most definitely have our attention to see what's new weekly....

It was a great convenient experience. Curbside pick up was quick and easy, then I tried them on and needed a smaller size so I mailed them in and they sent the correct size I needed back to me, quicker than I expected. A1 customer service & the quality of the denim was immaculate I’ll definitely be purchasing more real soon. I have over 80 pairs of stacked & flared pants & to be completely honest the two pairs I just purchased are by far by favorite pants out of my whole collection! Thank you guys for making it so easy! & thanks for making such top quality stacks they fit amazing!
