Golden hands is one of my favourite shops to visit! I don’t live locally but every time I’m in Hastings I’m sure to visit. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable and always happy to help. I ordered some items online as they were not in stock when I was in store. My items arrived quickly and had clearly been packaged with care, there was a complimentary car air freshener added to my package with a small hand written note and a tissue paper heart. Details like this really gave the whole experience a personal touch and I thought that was really lovely. Next time I am in Hastings I will definitely be visiting golden hands again!

Apparently there are two versions of Satya incense - one is high quality hand-rolled Satya incense from Bengaluru and the other is inferior machine-produced Satya from Mumbai. Goldenhands only sells the higher quality product and the price is good too.

Online ordering was very easy. Unfortunately Evri's delivery arrived a day earlier than estimated so it was lucky we were in. A complimentary air freshener was included in the package together with paper hearts and a thank you note - really lovely touches.

Order a Charlie bear to be sent to my granddaughter , was quick & easy on line & was boxed & wrapped lovey with a bow then put into another box with a little added free gift . Would definitely order from them again . Delivery tracking was a little bit odd but got there eventually.
