I have used many storage facilities during my move to Florida and back to California and Golden State Storage is y far the best customer service, friendly staff, works with you in a short period of time with moving companies, transferring units and much more!

The automatic lights, music and climate control and easy access to the units go above and beyond any I have used or even researched!

I so glad we found them and I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of a small unit, large unit, boat and rv storage...they are just awesome!

The property manager was very professional and personable. Very accommodating to my needs. After visiting this facility I had no other need to look anywhere else .

Place is clean and secure. Staff is friendly and quick!

The staff is wonderful everyone a super cooperative and super nice and super helpful however the hours of operation there or the alot of bility to get into the facility is too short some people work till 5 and I can't be done and out of their work and back to your place till after 6 o'clock and there's no entry this needs to change for me in more surveillance cameras more whatever you need but and I'll have better people better quality people in more people that'll come and do the right thing and so on so forth

By far that the best way to enter into a storage unit and its well kept and well organized

We were renting a space in Camarillo and started to compare prices and facilities. For the extra few miles to travel to the Oxnard site, the rates are substantially better. Plus the facility is superior!

We also appreciate the support that the on-site team provides. Extremely courteous / helpful. To date we couldn't be happier!

Really, there's nothing negative to report. The two people running the place are great. Every interaction with them has been just great. The facility is always clean, well-kept & secure. The gates work great. Our lockers are dry & easy access. What else you ask? Well, the 1st two months were ½ price. Not too bad eh.

We had closed up an apartment in Phoenix and were looking for storage in Las Vegas. The move in date was all over the board. I worked with Nathan and Kathy. Both were easy to work with in keeping things flexible and the units I wanted open until the final move in date. Once there, Kathy took care of us in such a professional and welcoming way. I was their first AAA customer and it was seamless! She brought a broom to sweep out any dust that had blown in from the recent wind storm and made sure we had everything we needed for a late afternoon delivery and move in. Thank you !!

The facility is immaculate, secure and well lit. The guys in the office are extremely professional, and helpful. Cost is comparable to others in the area, but why go somewhere else when this is the best one? I highly recommend Golden State Storage.

Spent a whole day calling storage places. Some were too far, no space available or too exspensive! Was heading to a storage on 190th when we passed up Golden State Storage sign.. I gave them a call left my name and cell. When I arrived to the storage on 190th st it was a long process and I was there for an hour the place was all the way up to the 3rd floor and was over a hundred dollars without the lock and sales tax!! Just at that moment I got a call back from Golden State Storage. I spoke with Wayne and I didn't need an appointment he had plenty of space and was waiting for us on arrival! We got a bigger space for way less!! Our Golden State Storage space is so convenient to get in and out of since its a drive up storage space and all of the storage units are on the first floor! Since our storage charges were even lower than I thought, I was able to give my brother money for helping me move. The paper work process was very fast and easy. I am so glad we took a wrong turn and found golden state storage! They also have Uhauls for rent. I will definitely recommend everyone who needs to rent a storage space to Golden State Storage! The only regret I have is not calling Golden State Storage first! Thank you for all of your help Wayne!!

Golden State Storage is a great alternative to the other storage facilities. They offer reasonable rates, convenient access hours and friendly service.

I love this storage place and I tell all my friends about them.

The folks at GSS were very friendly and helpful from the beginning. We had no negative experiences. Easy access and very well kept. We would use this facility again and would recommend it to everyone.

I haven't but the finest praise for Golden State. Diane and her Husband (mgrs) were exceptional and gracious. They were very helpful in planning what we needed. I would recommend them above all the rest to anyone who needs storage space.

Great staff. Very friendly. only issue is that the 2nd floor of building has no cooling at all. Way too hot while moving stuff

Great place to store.

The office managers are very considerate & helpful. They explained everything completely, gave written materials explaining their process, & verbally went through the written materials. They also drove me to my storage site, gave me options for locks, & helped me with lock & opening the unit. They asked if I had any questions & said they were always available to help. The office is very clean, modern & updated with a lovely fish tank, items to buy & free water & coffee. I highly recommend it.
