I wish I did some research b4 ordered thru this company .Its almost 24hrs n still waiting for my orders

Terrible service, they claim fast and immediate delivery and I asked if they got the supply of what I need and they said yes. and so far I had 27% of what I'm suppose to buy. It feels like the chat service are nothing but bots

sent money six months ago. no response, the chat-support only answers in standard lines:
1. Please hold on, I will check on it.
2. I'm contacting the supplier for you now, please wait for a moment if you don't mind.
3. Our supplier is offline at the moment, and would you please check back here later for the face to face trade?
4. Meanwhile, we will call you or send an email to notify you once the supplier gets online also.
5. We apologize to you for the delay of your order since our supplier is on vacation, please allow us some more time, we will email or call you once the supplier is back, otherwise, we are now trying to look for new suppliers. Please feel assured that we attach great importance to your order always.

7. our system has some problem now . we cant check any order at the moment . plz come back later . sorry for the trouble.

Goldicq.com advertises specific guarantees that they are unable to meet. For example, they indicate a delivery time within 24 hours. My experience was that they were not able to meet their commitment. I communicated with them 3-5 times during the 24 hour period and after the 24 hour period for updates. After 24 hours, since they were not able to delivery my order, I requested cancellation and a refund. They refused to refund me, asking me to wait longer. I explained that I did not want to wait longer because I no longer need the order past their failed delivery time, but they still refused to refund me. I finally had to file a dispute with the payment organization.

Do NOT use this company! They will lie. Over and over again. I bought in game currency and was told that there was "plenty" in stock. Then they said it would be available immediately. I paid for my order, then they said it would be 2-3 hours because the supplier is sleeping. (well, how did they know they even have gold in stock??). I checked back in 3 hours and they said they still could not contact the supplier. I check back at hour 4 and 5, and they tell me to wait.

I then found this website and saw all the poor reviews and said "oh crap. I shouldn't do business through them.". I then had the rep acknowledge that my currency had not been delivered yet, and asked him to cancel my order. He kept making up excused and trying to change the subject. The end result was the rep was very rude and I don't expect to receive my currency or refund. I will post the last part of our conversation because it is SO interesting.

No Scam, But False Advertising???

The live chat is consisted of copy and paste text due to poor grammar and pronunciation.
This website false advertises their "100% Customer Satisfaction" & "Instant Delivery 10min-24hrs"
for the most part i do believe they deliver but it will take over a week. I keep getting the same response as in live chat as other have been getting.. If you do have a serious question the do actually type some sentences out.
1st time i waited 5 business days till i said enough is enough and demanded my refund, which i got.
I will ride this one out to see just how long their delivery time is and will come back and (*possibly*) change my rating.
they have been polite and patient wit me, even through my angry rants, i will give them that much credit. So if they want me as a customer, when they finaly deliver, they better hook me up with more gold than i purchased or i will never go back......EVER!!!!
I would almost pay money to have someone crash their website, thats about how frustrated i am right now with goldicq.com

Absolutelty Fake and Scammer Website!

I ordered TeraOnline Gold 3 days ago. They stole 10$ from me They alwyas say we will send dont worry. Actualy when you are connect to livechat, chatbots answer you.

I'm in the same problem I don't believe anymore that the supplier is not answering...

After you've paid only chat-bots will answer you about how the supplier is offline and they will send it to you, don't wait here, bye.

I highly recommend for everyone: Just purchase the cheapest offer when trying a new dealer. This way you don't have to end up too salty if it's fraud.

I should have came here first. I got scammed as well. Made purchase of 40.00. Was told supplier is offline, please wait. Waited 24 hours still no delivery. Asked for refund and live chat completely stopped talking to me.

Fake website, full of scammers!
Always repeating the same stuff, wait a sec, no supplier available and then when you want a refund, they want you to pay through a different method and make a different purchase to be able to get your refund which would be full of crap.

Ignore Jordan's rating too as he is one of them.

I feel stupid for ordering without reading about the site on TrustPilot first...
Seller refuses to deliver my order, refuses to refund and asks me to pay again using another method,

Worst site ever. They have bot to online chat. Game money never deliverd. Waste of time

they have the website for secret world legends hold (SWL). site name is buyswl.com and this webside connected to goldicq. i try this site for 8$ test. and 7 days passes still no delivery. they saying their supplier is offline. their online chat is a bot. it says same things all the time with same wording. this site is totally SCAM!!! Please stay away from them.

Yes.... This place is a total rip off. I had gotten what a paid for.. originally. A week later the transaction was reversed and I got an email by the game saying the funds were received by a user who had acquired them by fraudulent means. Aka this place committed fraud in order to pay me what was owed. So now im out of what I paid for and the in game currency. I didn't spend alot.. Guess it was an experience I never will take again.

I will give them 3 stars. I did get what I paid for. However, it wasn't within the promised time. I did however, go a little overboard after I read the reviews which scared me, overboard by harassing them. I got my goods 3 days later and the deal was great and I felt bad for being rude haha. I am happy I received what I paid for. However, the wait and not knowing was worrisome. It looks like they rely on third party vendors to make payments.

Although I sent harassing messages they were still very professional and responded in a timely manner. Yes they do use some of the same responses but they did answer specific questions that were not Bot automated.

Well that's my experience. Take it for what its worth. Happy Gaming!

I totally agree with all the reviews. 24/7 of the time are automated replies and manager ignore all messages. Requesting me to make second payment in order to refund my first payment. Refuse to refund.
