I bought maplestory M Mesos, turns up that they cheated me, told me to wait 8 mins - 24 hours for the mesos, i ended up waiting, waited 3-4 days, not even a response escalated up to them, they said their supplier ran out of stock, and asked me to pay via Western Union, I open a dispute in paypal stating that i did not receive because they refuse to refund me.
In the paypal dispute comments, the manager wrote: Your order has been delivered which is ridiculous. I currently have a dispute with them, no matter what if you paid via paypal i would suggest to look for your bank, if they scammed your money.

please dont purchase from this website. i have made purchase like month ago and i was supposed to receive 22000M meso but after one month they are telling me they can only give me 10200M meso so then they couldnt even refund my money. please dont use this website

Well i have been buying maplestory m mesos from this company for quite some time [few weeks] first time it was smooth. give order id list my item trade done. 2nd time was smooth too. but when i started buying more game credits, their questions got so much more weird. one time i bought $20USD, they asked for my number and my full name to call for 'confirmation' after that, i received my mesos. now i bought $150USD worth of mesos. They asked for my credit card name, IC name and birthdate ??? i covered my credit card details n only showed the name, same for the IC i only showed the name and birthdate.. their questions are getting very weird. im starting to get very scared that one day idk how but if they actually have a way to ruin my life with the info im giving them? im getting nervous.. after this transaction im never buying from them ever again.

Everytime say "Supplier is no online” “Your order has been sent to our supplier ,you dont have to wait here” all bull s**t things... i purchased for 2weeks ago.. and i have not received my things...

I've made a purchase of $11 since 2 weeks ago and I received this *Our supplier is offline at the moment, and would you please check back here later for the face to face trade?
Meanwhile, we will call you or send an email to notify you once the supplier gets online also.* for like more than 30+ times. Is there a way to make a refund without going through this damned company? PS I did not use Paypal.

Worst company I have had to deal with.

The server is full of deception, they say the supplier is ready and their stock is available. When you actually purchase it they say the supplier is offline and all they say is they will be sending you email ASAP and do not worry.

They do this for over a week and they are full of lies

Thank God For Using Paypal so you can make a dispute claim. Also they claim that they don't use paypal anymore. god these guys needs a life and also needs to close down their website

Man because this system is not letting my type inappropriate language I am going easy here but if I could I would be writing way more than this.

Bad Company, SCAM BEWARE!

If you chat the online support if there's a GOLD STOCK , they will tell you that there's a lot of stock and it will be delivered very fast.

but after you paid, and give them your order number, they will tell you that the supplier is offline. simple scam, I'm thankful that I used paypal , so I can file a dispute.

I was told before I made my purchase that the had plenty of OSRS gold in stock, then after I purchased 50M I was told that no suppliers were online to deliver my order. Asked for a refund but they refused. Finally after putting in a dispute wit PayPal they delivered my order. I do not recommend this website if you are looking to get an instant delivery. Will never use this site again. If I could rate them 0/5 stars I would have.

If i could rate 0 stars i would 1 stars is too nice. Order with paypal then they said wouldnt work so they told me to use western bank so i applied for that paid 64 dollars been waiting for 6 days now.

They kept saying they are contacting the supplier . Feels like im talking to a robot tried talking to manager to get a refund nothing happen kept saying manager is off. I talked to sean elma joe ella all these ppl they kept saying same thing over and over again.

Waste of time money and a scam in my book. They just want you to spend money on them and you can never get refund back unless you did paypal if you use anything else you want get your money back

I ordered about 250+ USD worth of gold before reading the reviews on this site. I got quite scared after doing so as I thought that I would not receive my order. However, I am pleasantly surprised to say that I did in fact receive my order. It took longer than the advertised 8-24Hours (Got the gold after 48 hours) which did not help with my anxiety after not receiving my order in that timeframe, but I did end up getting it nonetheless. I am giving a 4-Star review because they fulfilled my order, but they lied when they said there was stock available for my gold and it took longer than I would have liked. They aren't necessarily out to steal your money and leave you with nothing as they do deliver eventually. It is just that they are not very transparent about having stock so that you buy from them which I must say isn't very ethical.

Tried to buy from them 50k NX since it said
''NX Credits limited offer, 30% Cheaper than nexon.net''
and read on their website that it will be delivered within between 8min to 24 hours I waited almost 3 days and didn't receive my item or any message on a delay and on top of that the live chat felt like talking to a robot that kept repeating the same message over and over again saying stuff like
''Your order has been sent to our supplier, and you don't have to wait here. We will send an email to you once the delivery completed."

I got tired of it and I asked for a refund but as I guessed they kept repeating the same message again and again and at some point even ignored me
so my last hope was to report it on Paypal (with what I paid with) and that for some reason was faster then their ''supplier'' since I got my money back at least

two days and no gil. The same story three times they had to contact their supplier. I bought it from another vendor who delivered in 15 minutes

I ordered 300k gold for Tera on the Xbox One and they delivered all of it within an hour. I spent a lot of time beforehand talking to the livechat people and they didn't seem like robots, although, I talked to 2 different people and it kind of seemed like the same person. Overall they had pretty good prices and their delivery time was decent (not the 10 minutes they promised me though). I will definitely buy from them again.
