Accepted my MasterCard payment but failed to complete the order, they are now saying they do not accept this payment type but will not give a refund until I make another purchase using a different method.

I would highly recommend using a different service.

Customer service is terrible and failed to provide what was paid for.

purely scam. when you ask their support about their stocks, they will say you will get them after 8mins as you make the transaction. bu i actully wait almost one week for it. with seprately paid. and they DO NOT DO REFUND BEFORE THEY SEND THE GOLD. customer support delay on your conversation purposely with elobrate attitude. UNACCEPTBLE

TOTAL SCAM SITE. You will lose your money and feel like an idiot.

They go through EXTREME lengths to lie to paypal and win a chargeback in their favor. Paypal gets a pretty penny to back these idiots.

If the supplier can't deliver in time they should let us know about it through email so that we at least wouldn't get worry about it.
Suggestion is don't purchase large amount incase anything happen. They will sell you even if they don't have the stock and make you wait, refusing to refund even though they broke the promise time frame.
You'll eventually get what you order, but how long only, don't expect it within 24hrs. Only buy from them if you're not in hurry for the gold.

I tried to purchase Maplestory M Mesos at this website, the representative Sean told me to upload pictures of the items that i am selling. I asked him if I can not upload and describe him the item instead and he refused. Theres no room for negotiation. Very bad service.

I got my delivery even it was late but only 8 hour late.

supplier always offline was promised a 8minute to 24 hour supply time, now been 72 hours and had to do a paypal refund which was refunded. waste of time dont even bother

I bought from them once, everything was fine, little slow with the live support, is strange that they really want to know your phone number, I just avoided the question and managed to get my order by verifying a different way.
But this time I bought something more pricey, and they immanently wanted to call me, I declined and asked for a refund, they avoided the refund and the live support just never replied so I opened a new live support, this time I asked for an refund and out of no where they said they can't do paypal as an payment, I demanded an refund, but low and behold, they continued to tell me that paypal can't be used and that I HAD to pay with western union, even thought the payment went through on paypal.Then proceeded to try and pry more money out of me by saying that if I pay with Western union I would get the refund on my paypal payment and will proceed with the order and will get bonuses with my next order. I declined as that is a load of crap, so I tried again, starting a new live support, asked to pay with western union as the last person stopped responding. This guy proceeded to tell me the same thing as the last guy, but when I asked will I get an refund if I pay with Western Union he just stopped responding. I am requesting an refund on paypal as they didn't go through with the order, if you are going to buy from them, please do it with the upmost caution, as they are an China based company where the western laws don't apply to them.
Needless to say I lost about $260 CAD

It's a fraud page, they will tell you they have stock, and then immiedately after payment, say they cant get hold of supplier.
Which logget off as soon as he said he was ready to trade... what are the odds.

everytime you contact them they will tell you there manager aint there, there boss aint there, they barely there themself unless you wanna make more orders.

if you dispute against them on paypal they will threaten you if you dont remove it.

stay far away from them, there are many other sites who dont interract like these.

After 1 week they still have not given me my meso. I asked multiple times for a refund & they declined. and today they finally said to put my items in the shop, which took me a long time (30 mins - 1 hr to do). This is the second time ive done this. This takes FOREVER for those who play MaplestoryM you know what I mean. And when my items were uploaded in the trade station, I contact them via live chat and they said they're gonna refund me now.
This is the WORST company ever and PLEASE do not trust them. I have so many bad vibes and experiences with this site.

What a nice WAY TO DO BUSINESS

WARNING 100% SCAM website, do not buy!

Trash company, delivery later over 2 days until now, and their online chat is also garbage/ Don't do business with this company

I purchased an item from goldicq, the assured me that delivery is within 40 minutes, and 28 hours letter, still no delivery and they are refusing to refund "we are not authorised to refund".. I truly wonder how are they still in business.. I reported them to Paypal and hopefully, they will refund the transaction. worst website ever!

Was fine the first couple times I ordered because it was through paypal but after I switched payment methods to wechat, they've just been telling me the supplier has been offline come back later for about a week now.

I'm assuming this is because paypal has an easy option to get your money back which is pretty anti-scam, on the other hand, wechat doesn't really have such an easy option to get your money back. So in other words this site is order at your own risk. Thankfully, I've been sticking to small orders so I don't lose out on too much and all my experiences with other companies have been smooth.
