Fu_cking scamer!
1. After payment by paypal, operator say "we are now contacting with supplier, please wait with patient"
2. Same answer above all 4days.
3. I claimed and request a refund at paypal website.
4. They said that they already delivered the game money, but it's LIE.
5. after 1day, operator said "without close claim on paypal, we can not order to supplier for you". (YOU REPLAIED YOU'VE ALREADY DELIVERED SU_KER!!)
6. They sent email to me that "we are ready to good. plz contact with our operator"
7. I contacted but operator say "supplier is offline"

I Was scammed with 450 USD .
They don't deliver that game currency after payment .
In the live chat , they told me they can instant deliver after i make the payment ,and after i did... nothing . Two weeks gone , still nothing.
I made a claim on paypal , they lie that they deliver it , but nothing is true . After that on the live chat they reply all the time the same massage .
Don't trust them !

I purchased an order through this company and they cannot complete my order because of their rediciulous verification process. They won't refund my money "unless I place another order using my bank." They already took my money and won't refund it.

I have previously bought from them but this is now a scam full of bots, ordered sunday 9/19 today 9/24 havent recieved it. When i go to customer service i get the same bot like response along the lines of "Seller is offline, we will send you it when he is online"

This website scammed me for silver in the game conqueror's blade I spent 510$.65 dollars for 5000k silver sent thru paypal. I waited like 6 days and my item in the auction house haven't even got bought I kept uploading my auction house items and it's still there. They scammed me told thru paypal resolution center that my order is delivered in full and they also wanted me to pay them another $510.65 dollars thru bitcoin or western unions so they can refund me my other money from paypal. becareful when buying a large amount with this website.

Overall, despite rather poor communication, this site is legit. I have purchased game currency from this site twice now for DC Universe Online. One time in 2018, and one time just today. I have used other sites like this for the same game before like mmook, I just buy from whoever sells gold the cheapest to get the biggest bang for my buck and it happened to be this site. My first time buying from this site (2018) was without any issue, the same as with mmook. You buy, you get an order number, you send an email with your toon name, skill points, combat rating, server, join their live chat, paste your order number and someone sends you your game cash. I got my in-game cash very quickly, like within an hour to my character's mailbox. This is the second time I tried buying from this site two years later and I truly almost filed a dispute. I bought the gold, got order number, told them in chat. They checked the order and said they would contact their "supplier". Then they said their supplier was "offline" and to check back later (and that they would notify me). I checked back several times, each time getting a new agent who would write literally the exact same messages verbatim. "Our supplier is offline at the moment, and would you please check back here later for the face to face trade"? This rigamarole occured six hours after I made my purchase. I went to their live chat for the final time and I was 100% prepared to put in a PayPal dispute if they told me "Our supplier is offline..." one more time. But to my shock, they said "Please go to main city, Watchtower (Amazon Fury Teleportation Hub), we will trade with you there. So I went there. I saw a character there that I assumed was the "supplier" so I asked the agent. They said the suppliers don't tell them their in-game names. Which I thought was weird. Mind you, they never notified me that their supplier was online either. But, that character I assumed was supplier really was legit and they gave me my in-game cash, every single dollar. So, overall really poor communication worse than it was years ago but I'd be lying if I said they were a complete scam. Perhaps you'll only get your money if you check with them periodically around the clock. Essentially, if the stars align. That should never be what customers experience and they really need to get it together. So, only use this site if you have no other choice but if you do, be prepared to do some hand-holding. Also never pay without PayPal.

Absolute crap. They will scam you for your money saying over and over again that they are waiting for the seller to come online. Very illegitimate. Just go somewhere else.

This company is utter trash. A group of lying, fuc king unts*. Never buy anything from them, as you just won’t get your things. They use bots on their website and cover themselves with certified payment providers to increase their credibility. They are fuc king SCAMMERS and LIARS. If I had the ability, I would take the head of the person who set the website, put his/hear head between the car doors and start smashing till his fuc king head is no more . STAY OUT!

Total trash site. "Instant delivery","full stocks" bla bla = bull@it. Care and dont buy anything there. I was asking on live chat how long need w8 after purchase ,they said max 1 day. Now 3 days later on live chat same s@t" we will hurry to finish it" i'm feeling like talking with bot. Dont trust them and dont buy anything!!!!

I definitely should have read the reviews first but I wanted to try anyway these guys are definitely full of crap. The site offers PayPal as payment you go through PayPal and the payment goes through and then they say try another payment PayPal is having some problems or they say the payment didn't go through check back in 2 hours

TERRIBLE!!!!! these people are crooks, I made a purchase on their website, open the live chat window, give my order #, they ask me to email my paypal receipt with character infos, I do,

They start asking next my age? Which credit card I use to buy?
I tell them I use paypal so I don't need to share any credit card information to scammers and that I will not answer any question, they have my money they have my infos, deliver the goods or I reverse charges, I leave chat, never got what I paid for stay away from these scammers, now I have to open a resolution with paypal.

So bad service, so slow delivery, weeks waiting

Should have read the reviews before purchasing from this website. The live chat operators are all bots. It's been 5 days I haven't receive my items. I don't even know what to do now. Sigh.

Well...
You pay for your item, you get your order number, they don't give you the item.
If you talk to them through the live chat, an automated bot with randomly generated name will talk to you saying the same thing over and over again.
If you have made the mistake of sending money to these guys and have not yet received your item, try talking to their manager on discord (the name is mentioned on their website).
Anyways, if you have received what you paid for, you're a very lucky person.

I only gave one star because I had to in order to leave a review. Spoke with their chat line as I needed the gold asap! They promised they had "plenty in stock" and that they would deliver in 10-30 minutes. I again asked if they were sure and explained i needed the product asap. They said yes,np. 28 hours later no product. After continued "dont worry, please give us more time" replies from chat, i demanded a refund, but they refused. I finally emailed the manager "Jack" and he refunded my money. He even had the nerve to tell me, "next time dont use paypal"! This company is a joke and if you DO get your product, youre one of the lucky ones! go to r33team.com instead. IMMEDIATE delivery!!!!!

Dont waste your time please. Constantly using “supplier” as an excuse. Their live chat feels as if im talking to an idi0t. Just dont even bother

I purchased for maplestory mobile and then changed ny mind and they agreed to give me the same value on maplestory global.
It takes around 30 mins to receive since they dont stock the gold but they purchase it from suppliers. But worth it and good chat team
